## What is scormPROXY?

scormNEXT is a scorm-cloud solution to distribute elearning SCORM content to remote LMS's. Your corporate clients will be able to access your catalogue of contents from their own Campus (LMS), while the original contents remains on a centralized repository on the cloud. You can control how many licenses you give to each client on each course, as well as the duration of each license. Get detailed reports on how your contents and licenses are consumed by your clients.

Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die schnelle und lösungsorientierte Unterstützung durch das Support-Team. Egal ob Fragen, Probleme oder Verbesserungsvorschläge – wir haben immer zeitnah Rückmeldungen erhalten und uns jederzeit gut betreut gefühlt. Dadurch entsteht der Eindruck, dass Kundenzufriedenheit und kontinuierliche Verbesserung hier wirklich gelebt werden.

Pros

scormPROXY bietet eine intuitive und übersichtliche Benutzeroberfläche, sodass man sich schnell zurechtfindet und effizient arbeiten kann.

Cons

Bisher sind mir keine nennenswerten Nachteile aufgefallen, außer dass in wenigen Fällen Funktionen etwas verschachtelt dargestellt werden. Das Produkt erfüllt aber insgesamt unsere Anforderungen sehr gut und wurde kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt.

Easy to configure and use. Very responsive and proactive customer support team.

Cons

In our initial phases there were some missing features, like the API integrations, but ScormNext has a strong roadmap and those long-waited features are now released, which puts them in a very competitive position.

The portal is easy to use and set up. The support is very reactive and comes with a solution fast.

You are right, we are currently deploying the new API feature for our clients. With this API, you will be able to automate your processes as well as connect scormNEXT with other platforms to exchange data. We will also deploy very soon the support for Single-Sign-On (SSO) to login automatically to our Admin Panel. Also, we have plans in our roadmap to include "webhooks" to allow you to call to a external API when some event is triggered. We hope you like all these new features!

Pros

El modelo de gestión de clientes es mucho más más útil que en productos similares. Se pueden utilizar vídeos con marca de agua, sin necesidad de transformarlos previamente a formato SCORM. La distribución de los SCORM se puede servir desde varias localizaciones geográficas, lo que agiliza la distribución a clientes situados en cualquier parte del mundo. Proporcionan una buena asistencia técnica ante cualquier dificultad.

Cons

No incluye ninguna herramienta para testear el correcto funcionamiento de los estados de los paquetes SCORM. La experiencia de usuario en la plataforma es algo mejorable. Deberían incluir un mejor sistema de ayuda para usuarios noveles y mejorar la usabilidad.

Nos resulta muy útil a la hora de crear conectores para nuestros scorm de catálogo propio, poder facilitarlos al cliente para ubicarlos en sus plataformas y poder llevar un control de los consumos

Nos resulta muy útil a la hora de crear conectores para nuestros scorm de catálogo propio, poder facilitarlos al cliente para ubicarlos en sus plataformas y poder llevar un control de los consumos. La subida a repo de los contenidos es sencilla. Se puede controlar si un cliente está activo, el número de licencias o el periodo hasta el que pueden estar activas.

Cons

En su momento ya comenté que tiene consultas muy potentes para poder controlar todo el uso y consumo, a nivel de cliente, de producto, por fechas, etc pero luego no se pueden exportar o siquiera copiar algunas de ellas. Por otra parte aún me resulta un poco lioso saber cuando sí hago la modificación de un scorm a nivel de repo tengo que volver a realizar el proceso de publicación y paso de nuevo del scorm al cliente. Uno de los inconvenientes que vemos es que a veces queremos poner a un cliente varias url's, más de 2 o aprovechar para añadir alguna url secuendaria propia para realizar la prueba de funcionamiento en alguna plataforma de pruebas y no nos deja o nos dice que ya está en otro cliente. Sería más sencillo por ejemplo poder poner para un determinado producto, todas las url's en donde quieres que funcione.

The ability to manage all of your content from one location and keep an overview off all the customers that have access to it is a very powerful tool. My experience so far has been great and I would fully recommend it

The customer support and the real interest to help from the company. When you get work with Scormnext you get more than just a product/software, you get a team of people that will support you though every step with any question. Besides that, the Scormnext team is open for suggestions and very capable.

The UIX might be a little confusing at the beginning
