Noota makes it really efficient and trustworthy. Pros Noota has fast become my essential meeting assistant. The AI joins meetings automatically (it works well with my Google calendar integration, others are available as well), records, transcribes, and creates structured summaries using customizable templates. What sets it apart are its strong privacy safeguards: data is encrypted and hosted on EU infrastructure, fully compliant with GDPR, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 Cons Sometimes the report generation could be a little faster - but not really an issue, the report generation for 30mins-3h meetings is usually available within few minutes (longest waiting was probably around 15 minutes). CEO Marketing and Advertising Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Really pissed about the poor management" June 27, 2023 4.0 I purchased the software from Appsumo at the beginning and saw small improvements over time so I was ready to upgrade and after I paid the upgrade because of a tech glitch got downgrade to a free trial version and they didn't manage to fix the account or give me a new one instead.First week after I contacted support I was told that it's a tech issue on AppSumo and after I showed them prove of purchase I didn't get anymore info and was told to ask for a refund and after one week of silence I took my time to review the situation.The software has potential but running an agency relying on a software or company that doesn't manage to resolve a simple account problem or provide a solution for half a month even though the money is gone from our account is miserable. I was able to transcribe an entire workshop I recently conducted I am now using the valuable insights and narration to help me write my book. Noota's simple interface can make it difficult to find features but overall it's a handy tool. The speed to transcribe may vary but I found uploads ranging from 5 to 10 mins on average. Pros Noota's transcription accuracy has been a plus for my work so far. I also like how it syncs the audio to the video I supply e.g. my workshops so I am able to skip to key moments can revisit or recall or what was shared. Noota also has a real-time transcription tool that you can use for on the spot dictation which is very useful. Cons Simpler way of reverting to transcript from subtitles mode if necessary. Perhaps creating a separate copy for subtitles can help here or a warning before converting to subtitles. Also a progress marker for passages already edited will be very helpful. Interface claire et intuitive. Cons L'outil reste à améliorer. Sur le côté transcription déjà: le logiciel est assez long pour retranscrire des textes et il reste beaucoup de travail manuel à faire dessus par la suite. La plupart des phrases ne finissent pas au bon endroit, les répétitions de langages (la la la la) sont à supprimer, certains mots mal compris, notamment les chiffres et pourcentages. Ensuite, les forfaits de transcription restent très cher. Si l'outil était amélioré et que les transcriptions ne nécessitaient pas autant de reprise manuelle derrière, ce prix serait justifié.
