Pros

W2G enables us to fulfill our SFP duties. Packages are shipped timely, the team works hard to resolve problems and looks to themselves as our partner in the trenches.

Cons

The accounting side needs severe improvements.

Overall, I’d highly recommend Ware2Go to friends/colleagues looking for a software interface to manage their orders. The use experience makes it stand out from the rest!

Pros

Helps me manage every single order so I can provide the customers with accurate tracking information. I love the user interface it’s very straightforward and easy to use. Reliable and good quality for the money.

Cons

I wish there was a page or central location to show delayed shipments. Additionally, better filtering options for orders to more easily locate information.

Overall an easy software to use but could be must more useful/powerful for forecasting and analyzing date with the right reports on the dashboard.

Pros

Modern UI, Simple to use, High level of detail, Feature rich for tracking and organizing orders

Cons

Completixity of kitting process, lack of realtime notifications, dashboard shows data thats not really useful

My experience has been very positive and I will continue using them as long as their pricing structure stays the same. Their customer service is always very helpful

Pros

Easy to use built in integrations with the most used Ecommerce platforms. Realtime inventory tracking and shipment tracking

Cons

They need to improve the "kitting" process, it works great in real life, but putting into their system is over complicated and involves too many steps. They need to provide better order tracking features such that if an order is being returned to sender, a notification should be triggered.
