Cons

While ChatHQ's AI is impressive out of the box, customizing it to perfectly match our brand voice and nuanced queries required a bit of a learning curve. The platform's customization options are robust but could use a more intuitive interface. Once mastered, though, the results are worth it.

Pros

I absolutely love ChatHQ! It's the best chat client I've ever used. The interface is sleek and modern, and it's very easy to use. The chat rooms are always buzzing with activity, and the admins are always on top of things. I've never had a problem with ChatHQ, and I highly recommend it to everyone. Thanks for creating such an amazing chat client!

I use the Chat HQ Extensions for GHL and the guided tour is great. The help docs are great too...

Cons

Cannot customize anything. The guided tour would be nice to customize and the help docs would be nice if we can add articles

Pros

ChatHQ is a great solution that helps my business communicate with my customers more seamlessly and without issue. The security was big for me. With the type of customers and clients I work with, security is a big concern for them day-to-day. If you're on the fence about moving from a competitor(like Slack), don't hesitate. Thank me later.

I came on early development when integrations were just coming out, but now they're here! Great experience.
