Klarna is the easiest to use, and has the best terms in my opinion. Pros I like that they are essentially a credit card with much better terms. As a person with no so perfect credit, being able to make purchases without a 25% + apr looming over it, is an incredible option. Cons Fluctuating initial deposit amounts on similar amounts funded. They will just keep repeating that it's computer generated. Pros Nothing it was overall stressful experience. Cons Worst app ever. They will punish you for an app that you trying to purchase from, having a glitch, then they put your purchase power down and make you pay more upfront, instead of 4 equal payments. Even though, you have never had issues making payments, and shop with them a lot, they don't care. They don't value their customers or their satisfaction at all. Customer service is useless, sorry but they are, always overseas representatives, who can do absolutely nothing to help you with your issues. Asked to speak to a manager over a month ago, and still have not heard back. Tried purchasing from Walmart, Walmart has a your message saying the time of delivery alot was taken, so it forced me to go back and checkout again. They charged my card twice, I got my money back though from Walmart, Walmart is great, but Klarna now is punishing me, put my purchase power down and makes me pay almost 3/4 of the amount of purchase upfront. Kind of defeats the purpose of the Klarna app doesn't it. So Walmart was having a glitch on their app, and Klarna is punishing me for it. Will never use this stupid app again, will pay what I owe and then never use them again. This is not worth the stress. Its been super helpful for breaking up the cost of clothes or electronics into smaller chunks that fit my budget better. The app is really easy to navigate and I like that it sends me reminders before a payment is due so I dont accidentally miss one. It definitely makes me feel more in control of my spending as long as I dont overdo it with too many orders at once. Pros The best thing about klarna is the pay in 4 option because it makes bigger purchases feel way more manageable without having to pay interest like a credit card. I also really like the browser extension and the app interface because it lets you create a one time ghost card to shop basically anywhere even if the store doesnt officially partner with them. Ceo Recreational Facilities and Services Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Klarna is Great" October 27, 2025 5.0 My overall experience with Klarna is great it has helped me purchase things on a budget with the option to choose payment dates to help fit my finances Pros I like that you can use Klarna almost as a credit card, if you need to purchase something and don’t want to pay in full you can choose a payment plan to help suite your finances, it is very easy to use it explains everything right on screen, the payment processing is quick and easy process, you can subscribe to get a hard copy of the Klarna card where you can use as a debit or kind of like a credit card, you can plan a purchase and use the card at any store that it’s accepted it took me a couple minutes to learn how this app works, and customer support is great I haven’t really had any problems since using the app, the advertising they do to help you purchase from company’s that support the app is great they offer cash back and some discounts also & they offer to reschedule a payment if you can’t make it at the selected date this is a great app i haven’t had a problem yet, 10/10 service Cons There’s not many cons I really experienced on this app yet it all seems reasonable and a very helpful tool to use to balance out finances for big purchases Review Source CK Clayton K. Just making sure I am not spending on the next 2 months. So then I get to splurge myself 4 times a year. Girl math. Ha ha Pros The 3 installment or pay in 30 days option interest free is a great way to get that item you wanted that is a bit over your monthly spending budget. Paying over 3 months is helpful. Cons I think some of the shops are still not using Klarna but it’s getting there. As Klarna is becoming so popular, I wouldn’t be surprised if all of the shops will opt to use their payment platform. At first, I was a little wary about the app, but over time I have grown to love the app a lot. You shop through the Klarna app and they generate a payment card for you to make a purchase. You then can select to pay over 4 payments every two weeks for an amount of your total purchase or if you're able to do the financing then you can pay it over 6 months with a payment per month, of course, the financing has an interest, but the big thing is that making on-time payments does help your credit score as well. You also don't have to wait to pay for every two weeks, so if you want to pay off your purchase you can also do that as well. I highly recommend using Klarna because it is very helpful and convient. Pros I like the fact that I am able to get products and then pay for them over time. I also like that making timely payments actual help to improve your credit score as well. Cons I would like the ability to be able to change a pay day sometimes will take the payment automatically, and sometimes it will postpone the payment until you have the funds. I submitted all of the applicable info on their on-line application, waited a week for a response, then received an email requesting proof of business registration and a copy of my ID. I sent the info and waited another week only to get the response that my application was rejected because they don't work with sole proprietors in Canada. I provided this info. via the on-line application and could have spent that 2 weeks setting up an account with an appropriate company.
