Il motivo principale? Le 3 rate senza interessi. Quando vedo qualcosa che voglio, invece di svuotare il conto in un colpo, pago 60€ ora e 60€ tra un mese e il resto dopo due mesi. Psicologicamente fa un'enorme differenza — non è debito, è flusso di cassa personale. La One-Time Card è la feature che uso di più: genero una carta virtuale al volo, la uso su qualsiasi sito, e Klarna copre il pagamento. Ho comprato su store che non supportano Klarna nativamente e funziona lo stesso. L'unica volta che mi sono innervosito è stata con un reso complicato: il venditore era lento, Klarna continuava a mandarmi reminder di pagamento e il supporto via chat ci ha messo qualche giorno a bloccare la rata. Alla fine si è risolto, ma lì ho capito che Klarna non è una banca tradizionale con tutele forti — sei in parte esposto alla qualità del venditore. In sintesi: se sei organizzato, sai quello che spendi e usi le rate come strumento e non come stampella, Klarna è uno strumento potente. Se invece tendi a perdere il controllo della spesa, il rischio è che ti ritrovi con 4-5 piani di pagamento aperti e un mal di testa mensile. Pros 1- Pagamento senza interessi in 3 rate: è la funzionalità distintiva di Klarna e l'applicazione è davvero ben fatta per gestirli come e quando vuoi, con la possibilità di spostarle le rate o pagarle in anticipo se vuoi 2- Puoi creare Carte usa e getta (virtuale), questo aumenta la sicurezza 3- Convenzioni/sconti di tantissimi partner e possibilità di cashback, che può essere messo anche nel "salvadanaio" che ti permette di generare rendimenti; Il prodotto che stai restituendo può essere segnalato a Klarna tramite l'app, che sospenderà il pagamento fino alla ricezione del reso. Klarna ha una politica di protezione antifrode zero; eventuali addebiti non autorizzati possono essere elaborati tramite questo programma. 4-L'app include una funzionalità per il tracciamento integrato della spedizione, infatti puoi ricevere aggiornamenti in tempo reale sulle consegne, sugli orari di arrivo e sulle foto del ritiro tutto nella stessa app di klarna Cons 1\. They will just keep repeating that it's computer generated. Pros Nothing it was overall stressful experience. Cons Worst app ever. They will punish you for an app that you trying to purchase from, having a glitch, then they put your purchase power down and make you pay more upfront, instead of 4 equal payments. Even though, you have never had issues making payments, and shop with them a lot, they don't care. They don't value their customers or their satisfaction at all. Customer service is useless, sorry but they are, always overseas representatives, who can do absolutely nothing to help you with your issues. Asked to speak to a manager over a month ago, and still have not heard back. Tried purchasing from Walmart, Walmart has a your message saying the time of delivery alot was taken, so it forced me to go back and checkout again. They charged my card twice, I got my money back though from Walmart, Walmart is great, but Klarna now is punishing me, put my purchase power down and makes me pay almost 3/4 of the amount of purchase upfront. Seit 4 Monaten telefoniere ich mit Klarna! Werde nur vertröstet und schlussendlich soll ich für Ware bezahlen, die ich nie bekommen habe oder sogar mit Beleg der Spedition zurück gesendet habe! Klarna interessiert sich nicht für Recht (hat für solche Fälle nicht mal eine Rechtsabteilung) Fordert das Geld vom Kunden obwohl Klarna genau weiß, dass die Machenschaften von z.b. Sklum betrügerisch sind! Ich habe Ihnen inzwischen x Emails an Sklum geschrieben - keine Reaktion. Ich habe im November eine Liege, einen Tisch, 2 Lampen und einen Aufbewahrungstisch bestellt und über Klarna bezahlt. Die Liege habe ich NIE erhalten. Nach x Telefonaten mit Klarna und x versuchen mit Sklum Kontakt aufzunehmen hat Sklum Klarna gegenüber meine "Beschwerde des Nichterhaltens" akzeptiert aber 156€ in Rechnung gestellt. Klarna hat sich null gekümmert und mir mitgeteilt ich müsse jetzt bezahlen, damit ihre Rechtsabteilung sich darum kümmern könne. Also habe ich 156 bezahlt für nichts! Klarna hat sich um nichts gekümmert!!! das Geld ist weg und Sklum reagiert nicht. Die bestellten Lampen waren nicht schön und der Aufbewahrungstisch kaputt,(beides kam an) Am 14.1 habe ich ALLES außer den Beistelltisch zurück gesendet- die Spediton Bavarian hat mit der Abholnummer bestätigt dass Sklum die Ware erhalten hat!!!! Sklum meldet dies aber nicht an Klarna und Klarna kümmert sich wieder nicht darum! Ich habe inzwischen 13 mal mit Klarna telefoniert. Und nun erhalte ich Mahnungen für zurück gesendete Artikel worüber Klarna auch noch die Abholnummer und Spediton vorliegt. Nur weil Klarna sich nicht mit Sklum auseinander setzen will! Ich kann nur sagen es ist absoluter Betrug von Sklum!!! Und nach Rücksprache mit der Spedition und dem Verbraucherschutz bin ich nicht der einzige Fall! Finger weg von Sklum und tatsächlich auch Finger weg von Klarna. Das ist kein Kauf auf Rechnung - Klarna hilft den Käufern überhaupt nicht. Macht nur noch mehr Druck anstatt zu helfen. Cons Alleen maar min punten: op het moment dat een klant met Klarna betaald ben je meer dan 3% van je omzet kwijt. Op het moment dat de klant zijn bestelling volledig retourneerd en bij terugbetaling hou je deze kosten in, wordt er door Klarna het volledige bedrag + kosten van je rekening gehaald. Ik heb dus beroep moeten doen op Klarna... 5 dagen later kreeg ik een leveringsbevestiging van H&M en een link waarop de openstaande betalingen staan... Via deze link zag ik dat er geen betaling meer open stond van Klarna, tot daar mijn fout, ik ging er toen vanuit dat mijn vrienden de factuur betaald had, ik vertrouwde op de verkeerde informatie van H&M... Sindsdien heb ik geen communicatie meer ontvangen. Niet van H&M , niet van Klarna, tot een tweede herinneringsbrief die ik opende op 29 oktober... Daarin staat dat ik nog moet betalen en 15€ herinneringskosten moet betalen. Op die herinnering staat geen rekeningnummer, ook via de link van Klarna vind ik geen enkele manier om te betalen... Ik heb contact opgenomen met H&M (4 keer via facebook messenger (geen antwoord) en Instagram (wel antwoord)... Die verwijzen me door naar Klarna en zeiden dat de info van H&M inderdaad verkeerd is, maar dat dit kan gebeuren, maar het is mijn verantwoordelijkheid... Naar Klarna kan je niet bellen dus daar zit ik ondertussen aan Chat 5... Daar kan ik echter op geen enkele manier mijn schuld vereffenen ook al wil ik dat omdat het dossier bij een incassobureau zit??? Ik wens dan ook een klacht neer te leggen bij Klarna zelf, maar dat gaat ook niet... Ik wens gewoon te betalen. Het incassobureau heb ik zelf ook al 4 keer gebeld, maar die hebben het ook te druk. December 12, 2024 2.0 On December 10, I received a message that KLARNA had charged me more than $400 from my account instead of the $200 required under the contract. It turns out that the reason was that it could not charge me $200 in October for some reason, which it did not inform me about in any way. And now they have charged me double the amount in December when most expenses are on holidays and you must count every dollar. Why didn't you charge me double the amount in November? Why did you specifically wait to charge me double the amount in December? Cons Veel bestellingen worden met onduidelijke reden niet geaccepteerd, communicatie met Klarna is heel inefficient, betwistingen worden zonder enige vorm van communicatie beslecht.
