Es horrible que una empresa de credito mantenga record de tus compras, que quieren? No me estan dando ningun credito ni pago con su ayuda pero cada vez que ordenaba algo en internet lo podia ver reflejado en la cuenta de klarna. Ahora me dicen que se demora 90 dias para finalizar la completa eliminacion de mis datos. Yo jamas pedi que mantengan record de mis compras. He eliminado ya mis formas de pago de su billetera voy a comenzar a utilizar after pay o nada por que estas empresas venden los datos de uno a quien sabe dios. Cons This is the worst app on earth ever done. Customer service impossible to join because you need to have an account who works properly but the thing is usually you contact them when you have a problem on it, they really have a little brain. Cannot change mobile phone connected to it, cannto verify my identity ( and i have all the document correct but their really smart IA doesnt works) Cannot use it to buy things. Me puse en contacto con asistencia, me pidieron capturas de pantalla de mis cuentas bancarias donde se reflejaran esos cobros, se las envié. A pesar de esas capturas, me solicitan certificado bancario de las operaciones de cobro sellado y firmado por el banco, consigo esos certificados, desplazándome hasta dos veces al banco. Les envio los certificados, y me dicen que no son válidos, que el certificado tiene que ser únicamente de los movimientos de klarna. Desde mi banco me dicen que no hacen certificados de un solo movimiento, sino del día en que aparece ese cobro. Finalmente no me aceptan esos certificados para devolverme el dinero. (a pesar de haber enviado todo lo que me pedían , capturas, certificados...) Finalmente pongo una reclamación y a parte me pongo en contacto con el departamento del consumidor de propio Klarna. Me dicen que como el certificado no es exactamente como lo solicitan, desestiman mi reclamación. Ese mismo día, como por arte de magia me aparece en mis cuentas una devolución de compra con tarjeta de Klarna. Parece ser que tenía razón, pero solo me han mareado, cabreado, y en ningún momento se me ha acompañado de una manera profesional, ni nadie me ha dicho que efectivamente se habían equivocado y que en cuestión de horas me iban a hacer la devolución. Desde mi parte se ha verificado que se ha cobrado una cuota de más, Y por otro lado, ellos no me han presentado ningún tipo de documentación que verifique que realmente se han cobrado las cuotas que ellos me dicen que se han cobrado, Lamento esta situación, me sorprende que una plataforma como esta tenga esta pésima solución de problemas ya que no me han dado ninguna solución, ninguna prueba, y se quedan tan impasibles solo porque mi banco no me hace el certificado como ellos lo solicitan. Pros I like that there is no interest; I can slowly pay off large purchases with four payments every other week without worrying about it affecting my credit or adding up. In addition, Klarna allows you to extend your payment if you cannot afford it at the next payment date. The app will enable you to shop through brands that use Klarna, which takes care of the hassle of making sure a brand uses Klarna. The ability to afford things for your home and still take care of your kids is difficult considering all the business foreclosures. Making payments every week or every other week is more than ideal when having to make sure your bills are paid but also have the things you need. Zero interest is a plus, I feel, why not use Klarna? You gain to lose nothing. Cons I do not like how Klarna checks for approval while simply using the site and after an approval; meaning, if they approve you within that moment, if you do not spend the money right then, later on in the day you can come right back when you have free time and you could be denied spending power or your limit could be decreased. Pros Klarna's decision process is quick and easy. It doesn't take forever to get an answer or a payment plan. They literally explain EVERYTHING throughout the whole purchase process. Cons I wish they were partnered with more stores for the "shop in store" option where you can create a card at check out to pay for your order in the store in real time. At first, I was a little wary about the app, but over time I have grown to love the app a lot. You shop through the Klarna app and they generate a payment card for you to make a purchase. You then can select to pay over 4 payments every two weeks for an amount of your total purchase or if you're able to do the financing then you can pay it over 6 months with a payment per month, of course, the financing has an interest, but the big thing is that making on-time payments does help your credit score as well. You also don't have to wait to pay for every two weeks, so if you want to pay off your purchase you can also do that as well. I highly recommend using Klarna because it is very helpful and convient. Pros I like the fact that I am able to get products and then pay for them over time. I also like that making timely payments actual help to improve your credit score as well. Cons I would like the ability to be able to change a pay day sometimes will take the payment automatically, and sometimes it will postpone the payment until you have the funds.
