10000% very happy with my experience with FM. Costumer support is always amazing and so is our Account Manager.

Pros

I love how easy the integration was. The employees also love using the software.

Cons

I honestly don't have anything con to say about FM at the moment.

Resource Scheduler has been extremely helpful in keeping the use of our conference rooms on campus organized and orderly. This has been particularly important as we grow and add additional conference room space.

Pros

What we like most about Resource Scheduler is that, once it was setup and fine-tuned for our organization, it's proven very user-friendly. I frequently have employees comment on its ease of use. It's also easy to make any changes or additions to the software once it's setup.

Cons

We haven't found anything we don't like about the software!

Reasons for choosing OpenBlue Employee

We did consider Sodexo's CaterTrax because they manage our Food Service department, and their software had it's benefits, but we would only be able to use their software for as long as they were contracted with Food Services. If we terminated their services, they would take the software with them. We disliked the fact that their software had what I would call "fluff" too--elements that were for show, like pictures and bright, colorful displays, that we felt were distracting and served no purpose. In contrast, Resource Scheduler is highly efficient to use. It's easy for employees and managers to go in, schedule a room, and have it confirmed in no time. It's also easy to view the status of all of the conference rooms on campus to see what's in use and what's not.
