Cons The setup had a lot of pain points in it due to the scale, training, and specific needs, but is a part of setting up any new system. We still have ongoing changes being made almost daily, which get tedious and confusing for some of the team, but the time saved still outweighs the issues. Screens make sense, and the process from and logic is clearly designed by people who know the needs of the end users. Cons I can say after working with the VQ team for nearly 5 years now they have been above and beyond helpful and any issues we may have had back years ago were addressed right away and improved.
