Cons The setup had a lot of pain points in it due to the scale, training, and specific needs, but is a part of setting up any new system. We still have ongoing changes being made almost daily, which get tedious and confusing for some of the team, but the time saved still outweighs the issues. Before VistaQuote we had a patchwork method of responding to RFQs just trying to keep up with the demand. Utilizing this software we can efficiently respond to EVERY open RFQ daily helping us to get our information into the hands of decision-makers instantly and win more POs and ROs. Pros VistaQuote was easy to implement and pulled in our dated existing data within minutes after setup, no long data migration needed. Their willingness to adapt the software to our needs and real-world issues has been tremendous. As our team uses the software and identifies "nice-to-haves" they are very receptive to getting those added in future releases. We've got the ability to fully customize Quotes, Reports, and other forms. This has made integrating to reports in Business Intelligence tools really easy and gives us the control we want to make a professional quote to every RFQ a reality. Cons We were an early adopter of VistaQuote and there were settings and options that didn't exist but with feedback from us, they have implemented the majority of our suggestions. There are still some areas where bulk updating would be helpful. This group of dedicated individuals are experts in the technology and industry and have a proven track record with my company of always going the extra mile to ensure it's done right. Pros Once you get past the beautiful GUI design you quickly understand how intuitive VQ is for the end user and admins. Screens make sense, and the process from and logic is clearly designed by people who know the needs of the end users. Cons I can say after working with the VQ team for nearly 5 years now they have been above and beyond helpful and any issues we may have had back years ago were addressed right away and improved. They have been amazing to work with top to bottom. Reason for choosing VistaQuote GUI was much cleaner, the technical expertise and industry knowledge of the VQ team aligned better with the support we needed with Quantum ERP. Pros Auto quoting was a must for the volume of quotes we receive daily. Even manual quotes, VistaQuote makes quoting easy with controls, filters and visibility. Automatically inserts quotes into our ERP system with ease which allows the ability to easily convert any quote into a sales order. The VQ team responds quickly and efficiently. Very open to ideas! Cons There are a few features that we would like to see added and we are currently working with the VQ team. " November 20, 2023 5.0 Pros I came into the avionics field with zero experience, and had never used VistaQuotes. Within three days I was running all the quotes for out business of 100 plus people. Cons Only downside to VistaQuote is you can't easily use it from your cell phone.
