Pros

Great value for money and amazing lead generation. I also really like the template customization made for small business use.

Cons

I had to ask help from a colleague to show me how it works. The support/training is not very good so far.

Pros

Linked Helper 2 It’s very easy to use. Learning how to use it and launching it was just a couple of hours process. Very surprising.

Cons

I love everything. Really don’t have any complaint so far. I’m a beginner and will definitely keep exploring new options in the platform.

3 years of use, several licences, stable, efficient, and precise. They maintain the tool frequently.

Pros

Excellent customer support, the tool is powerfull and stable. Great value for your money, easy to set up and it nerv fails. Client support is super reactive and reachable through whatsapp.

Cons

The inerface could be a little bit more colorfull. Thus it is straightforward, a bit of colors is welcome.

Very positive. It’s efficient, simple, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. While there’s room for improvement in targeting flexibility, it’s still one of the most practical tools out there for anyone doing serious LinkedIn outreach.

Pros

Linked Helper 2 saves a lot of time by automating outreach and follow ups. Easy to use and reliable for lead generation.

Cons

The main downside is the limited ability to fully customize or specify lead search criteria directly within the tool. You still depend a lot on LinkedIn’s own filters, which can feel restrictive if you want more precise targeting.

I like the automation and user-friendliness, especially for non-technical people like me. The design of the workflow is also easy to understand.

Pros

The selections of my needs that need to be automated. On workflow selections there are many choices.

Cons

Of course, the limits need to be expanded. Sometimes we need to be aggressive, but when we do that, LinkedIn detects and gives us a warning. Luckily, my account is still able to be used and seems back to normal.

My overall experience was positive. Linked Helper 2 is a robust, cost-effective automation platform that meaningfully improves lead generation throughput when used responsibly. After an initial setup and some testing to tune pacing and message content, I saw a reliable increase in qualified conversations and pipeline opportunities. The biggest caveat is that success requires training and careful campaign design — misuse or overly aggressive settings can trigger platform sanctions. If you treat it as an augmentation tool (not a replacement for good salescraft), it’s an outstanding asset.

Pros

Powerful, end-to-end automation for LinkedIn outreach (prospecting → sequence → follow-up). Flexible template system with personalization tokens and multi-step cadences. Good lead management (CSV import/export, tagging, segmentation). Great value for the feature set — affordable for small teams. Reasonable documentation and tutorial content to get started.

Cons

Noticeable learning curve — UI and workflow take time to master. Risk of LinkedIn account flags if campaigns aren’t paced or personalized; the tool enables automation but doesn’t remove platform risk. Some UX rough edges in template editing and campaign reporting. My overall experience has been excellent. It’s a complete powerhouse for anyone serious about LinkedIn growth. A huge shout-out to their Customer Support and Client Support teams—the helpdesk is incredibly responsive, professional, and always provides clear solutions to any technical questions. It’s a reliable partner for my business, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Pros

What I value most is the Security and reliability of the tool; it feels safe for my LinkedIn account compared to other cloud-based solutions. The Lead Generation capabilities are outstanding, especially with the deep Template Customization that allows me to create highly personalized reach-outs. I also love the variety of ready-to-use scenarios for Marketing and Sales—they saved me tons of time setting up my first campaigns

Cons

The interface is very advanced, so it takes some time to master all the features. However, considering the Value for Money, it is a minor trade-off. Once you understand the logic behind the workflows, the return on investment is clear.

I switched from PhantomBuster because it was constantly triggering LinkedIn's security alerts. Every few hours, LinkedIn would ask if it was really me logging in, which was very frustrating and felt risky for my account. Linked Helper 2 is much more stable and mimics human behavior far better, so I don't have those security issues anymore.
