It is an easy to use and effective tool. Pros I've just started using Linked Helper, but already I've been able to increase my outreach and engage directly with relevant contacts. While the interface and tools are pretty straight forward to use, the tutorial videos are also very helpful with some of the more complex setups. The ability to add variation to your messages is really helpful. Cons I am yet to find too much to complain about in Linked Helper, but I've only used a fraction of the tools available. I tried the AI message generator, but actually prefer to craft my own messages. I do find the need to update the software so frequently a bit annoying. In understand the importance of keeping the application secure and up to date, but I think I would prefer updates with lower frequency. I didn't get what I wanted from the data enrichment function. Since it is connected to LinkedIn it tends to return personal email addresses which the users use to set up their profiles, whereas I would prefer to enrich the business contact details. Before that, I would spend entire days manually searching for the right people and reaching out to investors, but when I hit the free limits, I’d stop communicating on LinkedIn for several months, which of course slowed down my networking. With this tool, the process has become continuous, and even if I run out of outgoing message limits, I still run LinkedHelper every day so it can track responses. Pros An affordable standard plan. Excellent, fast support. Everything works automatically—it's amazing when you don't have to spend hours on cold outreach. Cons I can't really say that working on a local computer is a drawback, since it keeps the standard subscription cost low. But it would be great if LH launched its own cloud service and let users choose between a cheap local plan and a more expensive cloud plan. Setting up your own VPS for LH seems like a complicated task for non-techies. I just need to use it more. I found out that I'm not using it as much as I should because I forget about it, but it is actually a really good product. Pros I like that with Linked Helper 2. You could automatically send messages to folks on direct messages and LinkedIn. If there are some people you haven't talked to in a long time, you could ping them, say hello, and tell them what you are up to. Cons Some other people might be confused on how to use the tool but because my background is in tech it is easy for me to understand and use. By connecting a Sales Navigator Pro account and building a filtered list on LinkedIn, I had Linked Helper running Monday to Friday, warming up those leads by liking their content, following them, sending connection requests, and starting conversations. Did I close any direct sales from it? No, and that’s completely fine, because that wasn’t my main goal. What mattered to me was that no one ever complained about my “behavior” or called out anything as a bot or AI. That was key, because I wanted every interaction to feel as natural and low-friction as possible. The tool executes every action as slowly and safely as it can, so it doesn’t raise any red flags with LinkedIn’s systems, and in my case, it worked flawlessly. The other main activity I ran was inviting my 1st-degree connections to follow my business page. Just from that, my page grew from 198 to 305 followers using Linked Helper alone. So, for the one account I’m running (my own), with a single business page connected, I honestly can’t see myself not using it anymore. It’s a huge help (just like the name suggests) and it never gets in my way while I’m working. Think of it as a quiet task runner that you fully control (it’s easy to set up, by the way) and can easily monitor in terms of performance. I highly recommend it. Cons The design is very 2015ish, which could have some improvements to catch up to current standards. I am doing more business development with it because my workflow is easy and standardized. Pros It works. The automations, once set up, run smoothly. I've set up 4 campaigns and I simply add the profiles and forget about it until I see a reply. The activity limits are a shame, but apparently necessary, so they actually give one peace of mind. One of my campaigns is scraping the contact information of all my 15k connections into Hubspot, which is great, and not something that I could realistically do without this tool which is doing some every day. Cons The automations aren't always perfect, it seems about 5% or so can't be automated at a stage for one reason or another, but the reporting method is quite clear and they can easily be retried, moved forward manually or removed. Their customer support team is also great, very active and quick to help whenever something comes up. Cons it would be great if LinkedIn Helper could add a filter to detect inactive or low-quality profiles before sending invitations. For example, being able to filter out profiles with fewer than 100 connections, no profile photo, or other indicators of low activity would be really useful. These could go into a “pending” list for users to review manually, so we don’t waste the invitation quota on unqualified leads.
