Honestly, it's been a total game-changer for my outreach. I've been using Linked Helper 2 for about six months now, and I felt I had to share my experience. I was a bit skeptical at first, you know how it is with automation tools and LinkedIn. The last thing I wanted was to get my account flagged. But manually sending connection requests and follow-ups was eating up hours of my day. What I love is how it just works in the background. I spent a bit of time setting up my first campaign – basically telling it who to connect with and what messages to send. It took a little while to get the hang of all the options, but their guides are pretty helpful. Now, I just let it run, and it automatically sends out personalized connection requests and messages for me. It even does things like visiting profiles and endorsing skills, which feels a lot more natural than just spamming connection requests.

Pros

Linkedhelper is great because of its clear layout and thoughtful features. It allows you to fulfill many purposes.

Cons

Okay, so while I'm generally happy with the results, it's not a perfect tool, and there are a few things that I like the least. Honestly, the initial setup was a bit of a headache. The user interface isn't the most modern or intuitive thing I've ever used. It feels a bit clunky and dated, and there are so many options and settings that it can be pretty overwhelming at first. You really have to sit down and commit to watching tutorials to get the hang of it; it's not something you can just pick up and master in five minutes. Lack of head count factor in data export is a big minus for me

Very happy with the functionality, the results, and the cost. Has really improved my time allocation daily/weekly to social outreach. Definitely a very helpful product for my industry

Pros

It is saving me many hours doing the necessary activity automatically as per the guardrails I have put in. I have a steady flow of responses to my outreach, or connection requests.

Cons

It would be great if I could get more done in a day on there, but I understand why it works as it does.

Pros

Facilités d'utilisation, lien avec sales navigator. L'outil m'aide dans la prospection Linkedin via mes contacts mais également pour créer de nouveau contact en automatique.

Cons

Plus d'options, et de modèles seraient bienvenu, parfois la lenteur des actes. Il peut être plus rapide de chercher soit même et d'ajouter des contacts par semaine.

It is better then I imagined. I would highly recommend LH2. Especially for those companies that do not have the resources for expensive sales teams, outbound contact teams, or high end marketing. Linked Helper 2 covers it all!

Pros

The fact that it is so well designed. I really is very easy to make your funnels, and create awesome flows for contacts. Also the helpdesk is awesome. At every single moment you can ask a question, and you will be helped within a couple of minutes. This is a really great feature. If you do have questions, you simply want to be helped instantly. Also these are real humans, so no bots involved. I also gave them some tips for future upgrades, and the development team is going to create these. Linked Helper made it possible for me to get in contact with the right people at the right time, and filter out the most-likely-to-buy so i can grow my business.

Cons

Maybe the visual appearance. But this is more a nice to have, then necessary. Also sometimes the version is updated sometimes. which means that LH2 is no longer working untill you update. Because you do not receive notivication, this can mean that you aren't running campaigns. Also it is not cloud based which means that your laptop should be running at all times.

I’ve been using Linked Helper to scale my outreach without losing the personal touch. It allows me to automate connection requests and follow-ups in a way that still feels human, saving me a ton of time while actually increasing my reply rates. What I like most is that I can build smart prospecting flows—visiting profiles, endorsing skills, sending tailored messages—all in a sequence that builds trust before I even make a pitch. Plus, I can export everything with full profile data or integrate it directly into my CRM, which keeps my pipeline organized and my sales routine much more predictable.

Cons

The absence of AI tools to hyperscale personalization in the messages, also I don't think dashboards are good enough, it needs to be more flexible like hubspot reports.

Not like anything else I've experienced and well designed to another degree of value. I'm looking forward to their next innovations.

Pros

Learning how professionals respond. There has not been a question I have asked that did not get a complete and well thought out reply. Every time I enter the system I'm given a new insite into the brilliance of the developer. I particularly enjoy the connection to support through Whatapp.

Cons

The 'dark' default. I haven't been able to find a 'light' view. That doesn't mean that its not there. It just means that I may have ask for help in finding it. I'd also love to see what an AI agent will do when it arrives.

Pros

I've used them in the past and recently came back to them. What a HUGE difference! The product is extremely robust. I can automate almost any thing - from simply gathering names, populating it with data and sending to my external CRM, built in! I also like that it can look up emails Works from your desktop with configurable limits and other variables to make it look like it is emulating a user. Also, their support is PHENOMENAL! 24x7 coverage with prompt reply - sometimes immediately. Very little wait time. We diagnosed an issue over the course of several days and they worked with the developers of my CRM to figure out a problem and provide a solution. Their support team is fluent in english, so no language barriers in asking questions. I may add, they have a plethora of videos that teaches you everything.

Cons

learning curve takes time, however, they have built in templates to perform so many different campaign events. they have a great documentation and videos that help get you started as well. PLus their team will give you the answer if you have a question.

Sur Linkedin, j'ai plus de 15.000 contacts en adéquation directe avec mon activité (presse), et je souhaitais obtenir leurs avis sur un projet de startup sur lequel je travaille depuis quelques années. J'ai rédigé plusieurs messages en fonction de leur profil ainsi qu'un lien vers une page de présentation du projet. Linked m'a permis de sélectionner parmi tous mes contacts, ceux en phase avec ma démarche et de créer des groupes. J'ai ensuite rédigé des messages pour chacun d'entre-eux et j'ai programmé leurs envois. Linked m'a permit d'adresser automatiquement chaque jour près de 150 messages. En 3 mois, plus de 13000 messages sont parti et j'ai obtenu plus de 1500 retours. En fait, j'ai juste eu a me préoccuper de répondre aux questions. Pour la petite histoire, 90% des avis et commentaires reçus était largement positifs ! Ma Startup est en bonne voix !!

Pros

Gain de temps énorme, optimisation de ma prospection. Suivi des retours et réponses efficaces - Connection avec mon CRM sans aucun soucis. Logiciel super puissant qui intègre parfaitement les exigences de Linkedin. Service clients au top

Cons

La prise en mains est relativement compliquée. Toutefois, il suffit de demander de l'aide et comme leur réactivité est tres bonne, on avance vite.

I like that you can customize how long each action takes to mimic human behavior and that it is an app on your computer. I also like that it has a direct integration to HighLevel CRM so I can offer this service to my customers.

Cons

Some things I don't find to be super intuitive or easy to use. I think there could be improvements with the UI, especially when it comes to supporting agency owners offering LH2 services on behalf of customers.

Overall, I am very happy with the tool and I cannot recommend it enough. The templates are easy to use and easy to modify. There has been a significant increase in the contacts and conversations through LinkedIn.

Pros

The leads that I have been able to generate through LinkedIn since using Linked Helper is incredible. As a small business, it is like having someone else manage my LinkedIn while I am able to focus on other projects. I debated on getting Linked Helper for a while because I can't loose my LinkedIn profile but there have been no security issues. Incredible value for the money

Cons

The most frustrating things about Linked Helper is that it my computer has to be on and running as the program is running. Additionally, it is difficult to filter out (or at least be confident that I have filtered out) contacts that I have already messaged

Just amazing. Their tech support is super fast and bang on. They understand your questions and resolve most of your questions in the first go itself.

Pros

Everything. I've been using this for so many years now and the app has just gotten better and better. Recently I have to move the app from one computer to another computer and it was so smooth and seemless. And the tech support is super fast

Nothing. It's amazing. Tomorrow if they come up with a cloud version it would nice, but I'm sure that would increase the costs, so I actually prefer the non-cloud version

Have been doing mailings for over a year now, using only Linked Helper and Make to upload responses. We started with 3 accounts, at the peak we had 36 and everything was great, no lags or bugs, and if something popped up, tech support quickly solved my problem

Not a server solution, you need to deploy either on your laptop or buy a server separately. At the same time, it is cheaper than using other services

It's great software and installs on your computer. That you can stop the campaigns anytime for any reason, and pick it back up when you're ready. And how it greatly mimics human behavior so LinkedIn doesn't pick up on it. And they had outstanding customer support! Experts, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind.

Cons

There really wasn't any cons, or what I liked least about it. It was pretty straightforward on how to use it.

A great tool for automating connection requests, follow-ups, and messaging campaigns. It saves a lot of manual work while keeping engagement personalised.

Cons

It's not cloud based, so for serious scaling you'd need to have a dedicated server. And that would be still cheaper than other solutions, so that's more than acceptable.
