This involves first identifying groups of prospects using Navigator Search and inviting them to be 1st level contacts. Then posting to them to establish a position of trust and expertise. Pros The features I have liked most are those used to create 1st level connections, all using automated scripts. These includes the ability to follow profiles, like and comment on posts and articles, invite 2nd and 3rd level contacts, filter out successful connections, send follow up messages and check for replies. As a result of using Linked Helper, I grew my 1st level connections from about 200 to over 1,400 in less than 3 months. Cons There is so much to LinkedIn and Linked Helper that it took a little bit of time to start with to understand and learn all the features and options available. However, there is a lot of very useful documentation as well as on screen helpful tips, and the support available is excellent. The support staff give clear, full and accurate answers and respond very quickly, mostly within an hour. Pros Linked Helper was good, and they made it better on Linked Helper 2. Though now I can't use it just on the browser, I would still prefer 2 over 1. So, well done! They have deep level features on messaging and following up with them. It's complicated, but very very good. I can easily avoid sending a message to the same people by using number of filters! That's super useful for me and saved me a lot of trouble. The price is also very affordable. And, their customer service is top notch! I remember when I was just moving to LH2, I had some trouble with my LH1, and they allowed me to use my LH1 for 10 more days so that I was able to move my contacts and everything on LH2. Cons It's a heavy software! it's not a browser extension anymore! When it was a browser extension, it didn't offer this much feature, but it was easy and quick. Another problem is, it keeps updating every other day, and sometimes I would have to wait for hours. it's far more complicated now, as they offer far more features, and there aren't enough tutorials on each feature. I feel like by buying LH (at a very affordable pricing) I also have received a whole team of consultants at my disposal for free any time I need them - just can't imagine how much I would have paid for a similar level of support to Salesforce partners=) Cons Like with any tools with many features, it takes some time to find your way around. One feature that would be highly beneficial is the ability to filter by location within the tool as the current process of extracting profiles, downloading the list, and uploading again is time-consuming.
