Implementing Talksoft Messaging Suite to our practice has been a tremendous time saving tool. Our receptionist is now available to do other duties instead of spending hours on the phone confirming future appointments.

Pros

I really like the ease of use. It's straight forward and easy to work with.

Cons

I haven't run into anything that I don't like yet.

Reasons for choosing Talksoft Messaging Suite

Talksoft works perfectly with Medent, our EMR system. Confirmit is cumbersome and requires daily tasks unlike Talksoft.

Problems are the patient satisfaction surveys are very complicated to ensure they are accurate and can take an extended period of time to resolve. What is great is the ticketing system. You get a response fairly quickly and they are also so kind.

Pros

The appointment reminders function has been a huge help with ensuring patients show up for their scheduled appointments.

Cons

There are intermittent issues with the survey software that can take an extended period of time to resolve and customer service sometimes is unaware of how to solve the issue or it does not get fully resolved.
