" **Overall:** I love Indy for every thing except that minor detail on invoicing. **Pros:** This software is great because you can schedule all of your work in an easy and manageable way. There’s also an app for your phone which is great for managing on the go! **Cons:** Im a writer and when I’m sending invoices there’s no option for per words. Which makes it a bit more complicated to get it work itself out using the hours and units option. **Reasons for Switching to Indy:** Indy had more to offer. It's significantly streamlined my workflow! **Pros:** I really love the contract templates- they do a great job of covering my basic bases, as well as ensuring that my work is still available to me to use in a portfolio capacity after delivery. Indy definitely champions freelancers/contractors, and this shows in the contract templates! I also love being able to keep track of all of my clients in one place, it's so much more efficient than the spreadsheet system I was using before! **Cons:** Some of the features could probably be flushed out a bit better-- time tracking feature feels a little clunky/too many steps sometimes, and the one gripe I have with the invoicing feature is the inability to select from an existing template.
