My experience with Torque360 has been excellent. The software has helped us save time, stay organized, and manage our shop more efficiently. Torque360 has helped make our shop more efficient and organized. The software is easy to use and brings everything together in one place, which saves us a lot of time throughout the day. Great software overall. I really appreciate the clean, simple UI/UX, which makes it easy to use every day. The job board is excellent for keeping all repair orders in one place and maintaining an organized workflow. My standout features are the digital authorizations and the PartsTech integration—customers can approve work instantly from their phones, and PartsTech makes parts sourcing and estimate building much quicker. The support team has also been outstanding and is always available when we need help. The DVI feature is another strong advantage, improving communication and building trust with customers through clear photos and videos.

Pros

Customers can approve work quickly from their phones, and the PartsTech integration makes sourcing parts and building estimates much faster. Torque360 has been a great addition to our shop and we’ve honestly had a very positive experience overall with no real cons to mention. The platform makes everything smoother and more organized, especially with its DVI system that allows us to send photos and videos to customers, helping build trust and increase approvals. Digital authorizations make the approval process fast and convenient, while integrations with QuickBooks Online and PartsTech save a lot of time and reduce manual work. The reporting tools are very helpful for tracking performance, and the customer communication features keep everything clear and professional. On top of that, the support team is excellent and always responsive, making the overall experience even better.

The reporting dashboard is one of my favorite features. It gives a clear view of sales, technician productivity, and overall shop performance in one place.

What I like most about Torque360 is the DVI (Digital Vehicle Inspection) feature. It makes the whole inspection process clear and transparent for both the technician and the customer. Torque360 helps automotive businesses streamline their daily operations by managing work orders, inspections, invoicing, customer communication, scheduling, and payments all in one platform. It reduces manual tasks, improves workflow efficiency, keeps teams organized, and helps shops deliver a better customer experience.

Pros

I really like the digital authorization feature, how user-friendly and intuitive the platform is overall. The inspections module works smoothly, and the job boards help keep workflows organized and easy to manage.

Cons

At this point, I don’t have any significant complaints. The system is user-friendly, efficient, and performs consistently well.

Overall, it’s been a perfect experience using Torque360. The platform is very smooth, reliable, and easy to work with. It covers all the key areas we need for daily operations, including reporting, invoicing, inspections, and digital authorizations. Everything is well organized and intuitive, which makes the workflow much more efficient and hassle-free.

Pros

What I like most about Torque360 is its ease of use, detailed reporting, and smooth invoicing process. The digital authorization feature is very convenient, and the support team is always responsive and helpful, which makes the overall experience even better.

Cons

Honestly, nothing stands out as a downside. Everything works well and is useful for our day-to-day operations.
