It covers all the key areas we need for daily operations, including reporting, invoicing, inspections, and digital authorizations. Everything is well organized and intuitive, which makes the workflow much more efficient and hassle-free.

good product at a fair price. many features to help run and organize shop operations. good customer support

Cons

the scheduling feature is not ideal. customers typically leave a vehicle for repair. this is a very fluid environment that doesn't work well with a 1/2 hour booking cycle

The digital authorization process is smooth and efficient, allowing me to send work orders and receive approvals from customers without delays. On top of that, the customer support team is responsive and helpful, ensuring any questions or concerns are handled quickly. Overall, it’s a reliable system that simplifies daily operations.

Pros

What I like most about Torque360 is how it streamlines day-to-day shop operations and keeps everything organized in one place. The Digital Authorization feature is especially useful. It allows me to easily send work orders to customers and get approvals back quickly without delays. It saves time, reduces back-and-forth communication, and makes the whole process more professional.

Cons

Honestly, there’s nothing I’ve disliked about Torque360 so far. It works exactly as expected. Everything runs smoothly, and the features are well-designed and reliable.

Before using them, managing clients and appointments was a challenge. Now everything is faster, easier, and more organized.

Pros

They make my daily tasks easier and far more professional, delivering reliable results, great quality, and excellent value for a very fair price.

Cons

There’s nothing I dislike. There are a few features I haven’t used, but I don’t dislike them. The only thing I feel is missing is information about labor time.

Pros

Torque 360 does a good job of centralizing vehicle data in one place. Things like mileage, service history, fuel usage, and maintenance schedules are easy to access.

Cons

Some users may find the reporting and alert settings a bit rigid. More customization options (custom reports, personalized alerts) would make the app more flexible for different workflows.
