Cons Locating past invoices can be challenging. The system is easy to use and when there are issues or questions, it's super easy to get a hold of a representative. Pros Very user friendly and easy to manage/ take care of and figure out. When there are questions, it's easy to get a hold of someone to help figure them out. Cons The only issue I've been having is with inventory count not being right after I add something to an invoice. Pros I love that the software is able to do bi directionsl data streams. Most dont but this one is above the rest and is able to do that and so much more. Very easy to use. Great UI and easy to understand and customize. Cons Honestly i cant really say anything bad about this software. It works and it works rather well. And is able to do everything that my buiness needs and wants. Its super simple and laid out in a way that makes it easy to navigate to other parts of its platform. They care deeply about making sure you have everything you need to make your work more seamless and efficient. I'd recommend them to anyone. Pros The ease of use is the biggest winner for me. It was easy to teach my staff how to use and then the companies customer service is just top notch. Any time we had a question they were right on it helping us. Cons If I had to choose a con, it would be that on rare occasions it would take a few seconds longer to load than you'd hope. But it was minimal and far from being an actual issue.
