Au final très positive. Le logiciel nous a permis de déployer des modules de formation pour plus de 1200 bénévoles d'un gros évènement sportif. Les retours sont très positifs, la plateforme nous a permis de générer des modules interactifs, fluides et de valider les acquis avec des quizz. La note globale donné par les apprenant·es est de 4.8/5.

Pros

L'ergonomie et la simplicité pour générer des modules de formation. L'IA est un soutien indéniable. Elle permet de fournir un cadre et une structure interessante qui sert de base pour élaborer le module.

Cons

Nous avons eu un certain nombre de difficultés d'apprenant·es qui n'arrivaient pas à se connecter à la plateforme. Chaque difficulté à nécessité un suivi et du temps

My overall experience with 360Learning has been positive. The platform provides a collaborative and engaging environment for learning and professional development. It supports knowledge sharing, simplifies course creation, and helps keep learners actively involved. While there is a learning curve for some advanced features, the benefits outweigh the challenges.

Pros

I appreciated how easy it was to create and share learning content with colleagues and students. The collaborative features encouraged engagement, and the platform made professional development and training more interactive and accessible. The user interface was intuitive, making it easy to navigate and track progress.

Cons

Some features took time to learn, and there were occasional limitations with customization and reporting options. At times, locating specific settings or tools required extra clicks, which could be improved for efficiency.

Nous collaborons avec 360Learning depuis quelque années et nous sommes très satisfaits de l’accompagnement proposé et de la plateforme.

Pros

Facilité d'utilisation pour les administrateurs/formateurs dans la création de modules et l'administration de la plateforme. 360L est une plateforme en amélioration continue et les avis utilisateurs sont pris en compte ce qui est très appréciable. Notre Customer Success Manager (\[contenu sensible caché\]) est particulièrement disponible et à l’écoute. Il propose régulièrement des actions d’amélioration en lien avec les évolutions de la plateforme et nos enjeux internes. Les réponses sont rapides (généralement sous 24h selon les sujets) et le suivi est rigoureux. Les échanges sont toujours constructifs, notamment lors des Business Reviews qui permettent de prendre du recul et d’identifier des pistes concrètes d’optimisation. Il sait s’adapter à notre contexte et à nos problématiques, ce qui rend l’accompagnement pertinent et efficace. Un suivi de qualité, avec une vraie proximité client.

Cons

Je n'ai pas noté d'inconvénients sur la plateforme. Des améliorations continues sont régulièrement mise en oeuvre et cela est positifs car les retours terrain utilisateurs sont pris en compte.

Overall, a good experience, and we have almost half a million training completions on the platform within just 2 years of Launch. The fundamentals of training creation/ assignment are strong. But when it comes to implementing very complex solutions to specific training problems the platform can feel restrictive.

Pros

Very robust audience builder and course set up capabilities that allows for finetuning of content assignments as well as dynamic updates when it comes to future content. Responsive customer support also ensures we can iron out any issues fast. The basics are good.

Cons

Given it's a software as a service that is the same across clients, and not individual instances of the platform for each client, space for deep customization is low. Except basic branding, not much can be changed. If structural changes are needed in the UI or platform, that is not possible, limiting some use cases and solutions.

I used 360Learning as a brand new Agent, and also as a refresher tool as I become a more experienced.

Pros

I liked mostly that I could go back anytime and review or retake any courses that I felt the need to refresh my knowledge on.

Cons

I honestly did not have any cons with 360 learning. I used it for ongoing training as a new employee, and it was one of my he best tools I had as a new Agent.

Nous sommes très satisfait de l'utilisation de 360learning bien que nous n'exploitons l'outil au maximum de son potentiel (notamment l'aspect collaborative learning).

Pros

Sa facilité d'utilisation, son logiciel auteur intégré et le suivi du parcours apprenant. L'équipe support est très réactive et présente pour supporter notre utilisation au quotidien.

Cons

Plusieurs apprenants ont expérimenté des bugs en utilisant l'application sur téléphone. Je note également que bien que la plateforme soit très rapide de prise en main, la complexité de gestion des groupes et profils apprenants peut parfois alourdir certaines opérations.

Mon expérience globale avec 360Learning a été positive. La plateforme est intuitive, les équipes sont réactives et professionnelles, et le suivi de projet est structuré. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la fiabilité du produit et la qualité de l’accompagnement. Quelques limites subsistent toutefois concernant la mise à disposition de statistiques macro et l’exploitation des données, mais cela n’a pas empêché une utilisation efficace au quotidien

Pros

La fiabilité du produit, la réactivité et le professionnalisme des équipes, ainsi que le suivi rigoureux du projet.

Cons

Les points que j’ai le moins appréciés chez 360Learning concernent principalement certaines limites liées à la mise à disposition de statistiques macro et à l’exploitation des données.

Pros

Simple d'utilisation, les connexions API sont claires et le service client est réactif lorsque j'ai une question.

Cons

Beaucoup de choses sont développées sans que ce soit un besoin pour mon activité. Je comprends que les roadmaps sont établies mais du coup assez figées.

Ich habe die Plattform allein aufgebaut, durch 3 Standorte und eigener Spedition helfen mir insbesondere die Gruppenbildungen und die benutzerdefinierten Rollen notwendige Schulungen den Lernenden vereinfacht zuzuordnen. Bei Neuanmeldung oder durch Änderungen werden die Schulungen automatisch der jeweiligen Person zugeordnet. Somit wird nichts vergessen :-) Wir schulen in folgenden Bereichen: - Arbeitssicherheit - Hygiene - Vorgaben aus unseren ISO 9001, IFS Logistik, GPD Leitfäden - Gesetze - Prozessvorgaben - Erstellung eines Mitarbeiterhandbuches mittels mehreren Modulen für das Onboarding

\- Die individuelle Gestaltungsmöglichkeit der Schulungsmodule - Einbindung von Videos - KI Unterstützung - Dokumentenbezug zu QM-Anweisungen - Gruppenbildung und benutzerdefinierte Rollen zur Vereinfachung von Zuordnungen benötigter Schulungen - schnelle Übersetzung in diversen Fremdsprachen mit positiver Rückmeldung der Anwender (derzeit 21 Sprachen) - der Support!!! - stetige Verbesserung und frühe Informationsweitergabe neuer Produktfunktionen

keine Mit "Kleinigkeiten" kann man dennoch leben und werden immer zur Verbesserungsmöglichkeit aufgenommen. Ob diese umgesetzt werden hängt davon ab oder andere ebenfalls eine Anpassung wünschen.

Pros

Le fait de pouvoir créer du contenu directement sur le même outil est un vrai avantage. J’apprécie également la simplicité avec laquelle on peut modifier la page d’accueil, sans être limité par un modèle prédéfini. Cela permet d’ajouter facilement des éléments et de rendre la page plus créative et personnalisée

Cons

L’un des inconvénients que je mentionnerais concerne la fonction de recherche. Que ce soit pour rechercher une formation ou autre contenu, lorsque je reviens en arrière, je dois refaire toute ma recherche. Les informations et les filtres que j’avais ajoutés disparaissent, ce qui fait perdre du temps et rend l’expérience moins fluide.
