"360Learning for knowledge sharing and trainings "

**Overall:** 360Learning is one of the tools we use for newcomers onboarding and new trainings for all the employees.

**Pros:** Trainings on 360Learning are very interactive and easy to learn, with little quizzes at the end of each session, which helps memorize all important information.

**Cons:** The quizzes are normally too simple and cannot replace a practical exercise for a newcomer. Therefore, 360Learning can be considered as an additional tool, for theoretical knowledge mainly.

"360Learning - An excellent tool"

**Pros:** The user and administrator experience is excellent. The support provided during the platform setup and afterward has been outstanding.

**Cons:** Very difficult to say something negative about that product.

**Alternatives Considered:** [Docebo](https://www.capterra.com/p/127213/Docebo/) and [TalentLMS](https://www.capterra.com/p/132935/TalentLMS/)

**Reasons for Choosing 360Learning:** TalentLMS was not sufficiently developed to support a small company. Docebo offered fewer options for translation tools.
