One of the best things about 360Learning is its customer service. Their CS team is top notch and are always there to help us when we need it. Overall, like many LMS', it is certainly love/hate. We don't love to hate it but we love a lot of what it does but when it doesn't do what it's supposed to or lacks a key feature that some of it's competitors offer, it's a frustrating level of hate.

Pros

In a fast paced tech environment, the ability to author content at speed is very important. 360Learning allows us to quickly author/build courses that our learners enjoy and have a really great experience with. The user experience is one of the best parts of this product.

Cons

Its live session feature has A LOT to be desired especially compared to some of it's competitors that offer Events pages, easy sign up and registration, Zoom integrations and more. The other item on my list that floats at the bottom of 'things 360Learning does not do well' is it's automatic timeout feature when learners are consuming content. The feature resets learner progress after 15 minutes of inactivity. Reset, not pick back up where you left off. This is a major pain point for us if we have a video or exercise that is longer than 15 minutes.

We are overall very satisfied with our collaboration with 360Learning. Since the beginning of our partnership, we’ve always been able to rely on a responsive, attentive, and supportive team. Their professional yet warm approach allows us to move forward with confidence in the implementation of our training projects. The platform is intuitive, and the support team is highly available to address our needs and quickly resolve any issues that may arise. A strong relationship of trust has naturally developed, which is a real asset in the context of digital transformation in learning.

Pros

We also want to highlight the availability and dedication of our Customer Success Manager, who plays a key role in the successful execution of our projects. Their personalized support and deep understanding of our challenges are major assets in the success of our partnership. Additionally, the regularly held Stadiums to present new features are a real added value. These sessions keep us informed about product updates while fostering direct interaction with the product teams. It's a dynamic and transparent format that we truly appreciate.

Cons

One area for improvement we’d like to highlight is the consideration given to feature requests. Some suggestions that we see as important — such as better integration with the Live (Teams) option, or the ability to create intermediate roles for more granular access management — don’t seem to be prioritized or are progressing slowly. We hope that these user needs will be more strongly reflected in future platform developments.

Our overall experience has been excellent. We receive great support from the 360Learning team, and our Client Success Partner is incredibly proactive and responsive. I have no complaints regarding the level of service we receive; they are always quick to provide solutions and support our goals.

Pros

What I like most is the ease of creating content and uploading existing files, as well as the platform's ability to automatically suggest relevant content and quizzes. The collaboration features are also amazing. Our members love how interactive the tool feels. It also has comprehensive training platform for new users.

Cons

There isn't much to dislike so far. We have just started using the new skills management feature to build a comprehensive skills matrix for different roles. While we are still in the early stages of implementation, we see a lot of potential in how it will help us map competencies across the organization.

I like to use the platform and feel confident using it to create and post content although I am far from being a geek!

Pros

The platform is very stable and users have no trouble using it. The Forum makes it possible for learners to actively contribute, which is good a way to involve them. The content creation tool can be quickly mastered by employees who want to create training courses, and creating quizzes is very simple. The system offers the possibility to create engaging training content without having to invest in purchasing content that is generally ill-suited to the specific needs of an organisation. The contacts with the support team are very friendly.

Cons

Like any sophisticated computer tool, it takes some time to learn how to use it and get the hang of it as an administrator, although the support team is fairly available to help. It is also necessary to purchase an access to a image bank because the available images are too limited, but this is a very small amount of investment.

Our team particularly appreciates how accessible the system is, making learning available anytime and anywhere. Cons

The only downside is that once content is created, it cannot be easily exported. And also at the beginning with the basic subscription plan, we faced extra administrative work since user registrations had to be managed manually each month.

Thanks to the 360 Learning team, always very reactive and professional. A modern, intuitive platform that helps capture attention through its user-friendly and simple (but not simplistic) aspect. I have been working on it for more than 2 years and I still have the same desire to create content to make my pool of learners benefit from all our technical modules in the field of waste to energy.

Pros

During my benchmarking, the platform was by far the easiest to use and to get used to. Unless you are a real geek and have a small pool of authors who can afford to spend time on initial discovery, the other platforms were more complex and did not allow people who only spend a few days a year creating content (which is the case for our in-house experts) to be as effective.

Cons

Some time ago, an update changed the interface quite significantly, even if we had been warned, I would have liked to have a smoother transition with the possibility to put the 2 options in parallel for a few weeks.

Covid have changed the way people are learning. We were looking for a platform with a great looking and easy to use and implement e-learning platform. We have demo a lot of e-Learning paltforms but 360 Learning is from far the best quality/price ratio.

Pros

Their team is very professional. They are answering most of time to our support question within a day time which is very helpful. The fact that we have a 360L dedicated team to our project gives us the ability to be efficient. Finally, their product is very complex (they have everything you need to manage the best way possible customers & employees training) but they have put in place a superb e-learning training to learn all about the platform which makes everything very easy to use.

Cons

Since 6 months we are using 360L, there is nothing that we disliked yet.

Solving for: Designing and developing all training programs. Enabling colleagues to showcase their skills and teach them to others. Creating a company knowledge hub. Benefits realized: Created and launched a mandatory company-wide training program. Created team-specific training programs. Received feedback on the content allowing for continuous improvement of the learning materials. Learning 360 made an impression and is certainly here to stay. Beyond the learning aspect, it has very good potential to become a central hub of knowledge in the business, enabling our colleagues to both learn new things and share their skills. A big thumbs-up from us!

Pros

Besides the excellent features and easy interface, one of the best things about Learning 360 is the support you get from their team. Our contact \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] really listened to what we needed and helped us achieve that goal in the best way possible. Designing training for the whole business is a difficult task made easy by the platform's logical arrangement of users, groups, courses, programs, sessions, etc... It is very important to understand these layouts and what their mechanics are - once you do that it all clicks and opens up a lot of possibilities. One of our first major tasks was creating a business-wide mandatory training program - with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] help we identified the best architecture for the program and sessions, together with a deep-dive into the best way to deliver information-heavy content in an accessible and interactive way. Happy to say this was achieved and the modularity of the training program through the use of templates will ensure that we have a long-lasting, flexible, updateable, and efficient program for all our colleagues. The platform itself is very social-centric which is a nice departure from some of the dry solutions we used in the past. Learners have an opportunity to comment, speak to each other, react to courses, and ask questions. This gives the instructors a real window into the content and how interested the audience is - in turn making real-time adjustments to tailor content for maximum interest from the learners.

Cons

Some niche features like automation of periodic programs and sessions are not yet available. A big emphasis on "yet" as the features are not unattainable, but currently being developed.

Its ergonomy and reliability. The platform is easy to use for the learner when they are registered for a course. The possibility to map skills. Administration is relatively simple but it must rely on well-defined roles to create and manage courses.

Cons

Lately, the deletion of labels for custom fields and the search via custom fields. Filtering via labels was very practical, in particular for the user accounts, groups, managers management, ect… The transition to custom fields takes time but it's quite simple.

The most appealing aspect of 360Learning for me was its extensive and user-friendly learning environment. I value the numerous elements that improve my learning process as a student. I can browse and sign up for courses with ease, monitor my progress, and access materials thanks to the course management system. I get access to all of my learning materials, including videos, presentations, and interactive quizzes, through the learner site, which serves as a single hub. The site also provides evaluations and quizzes that allow me to analyze my comprehension and pinpoint my weak points. The LMS fits my complex organizational architecture and the streamlined management of the various roles on the platform has helped me delegate the monitoring and administration of learners to my regional managers.

Pros

I work in a training organization and create content daily. 360Learning is truly an easy to use LMS for content designers and enjoyable for users. Getting started is simple and the platform has a truly documented knowledge base that answers many usability questions (and if it doesn't the experts on the support team are always available to help quickly.) This LMS has functionalities for deploying training in environments with complex architectures, offers very fine statistics on the follow-up of learners and proposes a collaborative learning philosophy that is very much appreciated by learners. The user experience is prioritized but without neglecting the administrator side, which makes it a competitive LMS.

Cons

The LMS could offer new native gamification modalities to make learning even more interactive. A small negative note on the cumbersome process of duplicating modules and courses

360Learning plateform gave us the recipient our contents needed to reach their maximum impact.

Pros

I work for a french environmental and social NGO and we have more than 160 000 people on our 360learning plateform. We launched one MOOC per year over the last 5 years, and several online training for our customers, amongst them CAC40 companies. We were able to launch MOOCs with 40 000 participants easily : no need to know the website perfectly for a trainer to create contents, it is intuitiv and so easy ! The quality of the hotline we were expecting with so many participants was present : quick (most of our questions were answered within 24 hours) and reliable. The tools provided with the plateform (tracking, customisation, emailing,...) allows us to efficiently follow our participants and custom the animation to fit their paths. That allows us to reach an average completion rate of 14% on our MOOCs, and our 2019 MOOC was elected MOOC of the year in France by a panel of professionals.

Cons

on SPOC or COOC, we have every features we require. For our MOOC, we miss a participants map and the ability for participants to contact each other on a similar territory. but we are conscious this need is very specific for our needs.

I value 360Learning's employees and feel they are the company's best asset. Yes, 360Learning is an incredible tool, but it would not be what it is without the people there to guide their clients. I also love the interactive component which encourages employees to engage with colleagues within the training sessions. I love the relatively new feature: video pitch. It's a great way to keep employees engaged and interacting with training sessions, while removing the traditional powerpoint. I also love how user-friendly this platform is. I will admit it took me awhile to feel comfortable enough to start creating content, however once I got over that hump, I couldn't believe how straightforward it is to use.

Cons

The only potential downside is not having enough people internally to work on getting 360Learning up and running in your company. This of course depends on what your company's current training sate is like. Personally, we are trying to create an entire training program within 360 from basically the ground up. There are very few personnel dedicated to working on this project so it's extremely heavy lifting for us. However, for companies that already have training programs in place and are looking to improve them, this would be much easier to leverage. Additionally, if companies had more personnel resources that could be assigned to own the project, that of course would make it easier as well. However, this can be avoided obviously through personnel, but also through third parties. Personally, we have had a great experience working with OpenSesame for this.
