It also allows you to customize your learning modules. Cons The program itself can be a little bit buggy. Minimize the time of adaptation and then online, it works almost like a tutorial. Cons Expensive, very basic ... I would recommend it only if it is new and it is entering the instructional design market it lacks more administrative features to be a complete LMS. The flow of the program is tedious. Pros As a learner, you can use the tool to enhance your knowledge anywhere anytime & each modules are very short & interactive Cons As an Admin, i do not like the option to make a duplicate copy & then even the contents need to be copied if i need to make extra changes. Rather it must be a separate independent Module when you duplicate it in first time itself. It strikes a rare balance between a robust feature set and yet maintains a beautiful and intuitive interface. Ease of use is a top priority in my use of the program, and it is certainly a strength. Analytics have been powerful and more than what i've even needed to monitor and adjust to best suit the needs of my learners.
