Emojis und Kommentare kennen die Mitarbeitenden bestens von der internen Kommunikation über Slack. Pros Man erkennt bei der Nutzung, dass die ganze Plattform gut durchdacht ist. Die dahinterliegende Struktur und Logik ist gut aufgebaut und entspricht oft meiner Denkweise, wie ich meine E-Learning-Projekte aufsetzen möchte. Ich sehe Potenzial, dass die Plattform auch noch höheren Ansprüchen gerecht wird, wenn unsere Firma und damit die Komplexität unserer Projekte wächst. Cons Die Menü Struktur ist nicht ganz einfach zu durchschauen, und man braucht etwas, bis man das Verhältnis der vielen unterschiedlichen Menüleisten durchschaut hat. Das lässt einige Funktionen nicht so einfach zugänglich sein. Man kommt z. B. über mindestens drei Wege zur Auswertung, aber nicht über alle Wege kann man die gleichen Dinge in gleicher Tiefe auswerten. So excited to see what all the new AI developments will add to my experience as an administrator but also to the experience of our learners. Also really love the way the data is presented - as somebody who is not a data analysis but who needs to keep track of everyone (as a team of 1) and to report on the L&D data, I appreciate this a lot. Cons Notre utilisation est surtout pour former à l'externe, ce qui n'était pas le but premier de 360learning, donc le gros défaut au vu de notre utilisation c'est pouvoir avoir une extension qui permet d'onboarder facilement des apprenants sur la plateforme tout en ayant une base de donnée centraliser au même endroit (connecteur à Salesforce ?). Mais surtout les évolutions de la plateforme assez régulière si on regarde sur ces 2 dernières années. Ayant plus de 2k groupes à gérer, il nous fallait une solution qui puisse nous aider à organiser, suivre, et alimenter facilement et rapidement les contenus mais aussi le diffuser facilement Cons la facilité d'utilisation en tant qu'apprenant. La page d'accueil n'est pas fluide pour retrouver facilement un contenu, différencier les modules des chemins, pas de sommaire ou menu avec la visibilité de tous les contenus. True partners with Aircall and a pleasure to work with. Pros 360Learning is incredibly easy to deploy and use. One of the best things about this software (and in comparison to other LMS) is the fact that anyone can adapt to it easily - the UX/UI of the platform is similar to Netflix or social media - which allows for a quick understanding of where to go to find things. 360Learning was also incredibly helpful in pushing through the initial setup at the very beginning when we need to move quickly to deploy it company-wide (at the time we were 350). Authoring is also significantly easy to use and easy for me to coach/train others into using it. One of the things that are great (and also not so great at the same time) is the fact that they really take in feedback and listen to their customers really well. They make a lot of updates and change things (which can also be an issue once someone gets used to using it!) :) Their support and account managers are reactive, super fast, reliable and helpful. Cons \- Search Functionality. The search functionality is really bad and I struggle with this aspect the most. We have issues with our employees finding the learning that they need. - Customization. I would like to customize the design of the homepage more to allow to highlight or showcase specific parts/courses to our organization's needs. - More robust authoring tools.
