Je recommande. La simplicité de l'outil permet de se concentrer sur le fond, sur l'animation des acteurs métier et l'émergence de pépites que nous n'aurions même pas vues en étant la tête dans le guidon d'un projet "standard" centralisé. La dimension technique est minimale et l'équipe support très à l'écoute. Les experts, les managers sont ravis de leur autonomie et de l'agilité qui leur est proposée. Ils ont du plaisir à transmettre, co créer et ... on apprend mieux dans le plaisir ! De plus, en tant que RH j'apprends tout le temps grâce au partage entre pairs. Et ça c'est précieux.

Pros

La simplicité, l'agilité, la décentralisation (tout le monde peut créer du contenu; le publier; animer). L'amélioration continue: l'équipe est à l'écoute des retours des clients, en veille sur les besoins et la solution est sans cesse améliorée. C'est une vraie force car les clients de sont de cultures, secteurs et tailles d'organisation différents. ainsi l'expérience des uns bénéficie aux autres. De plus, être client 360Learning permet d'intégrer une communauté de pratiques enrichissante. Sans oublier le support: nous n'avons jamais été coincés.

Cons

Pas grand chose à dire, le support est efficace : mes demandes et problèmes ont toujours été rapidement traités.

"The map is not the territory": 360 Learning permet d'aller au delà de la carte et de se concentrer sur le terrain. Et ça, c'est essentiel pour les collaborateurs qui on ont assez de contenus qui ne répondent pas à leur réalité (si je peux me permettre : "qu'on les prenne pour des c\*\*"). Ils ont le pouvoir de réagir, de proposer, d'enrichir, de corriger, donc de s'engager (et apprendre). Et toute l'organisation en bénéficie. L'apprentissage est continu. La connaissance est accessible. Le Social Learning est d'une force incomparée avec les modèles d'apprentissage traditionnels. Voilà pourquoi j'ai choisi 360 Learning il y a 6 ans et voilà pourquoi je l'ai implémenté dans les entreprises dans lesquelles j'ai travaillé ensuite.

Solving for: Designing and developing all training programs. Enabling colleagues to showcase their skills and teach them to others. Creating a company knowledge hub. Benefits realized: Created and launched a mandatory company-wide training program. Created team-specific training programs. Received feedback on the content allowing for continuous improvement of the learning materials. Learning 360 made an impression and is certainly here to stay. Beyond the learning aspect, it has very good potential to become a central hub of knowledge in the business, enabling our colleagues to both learn new things and share their skills. A big thumbs-up from us!

Pros

Besides the excellent features and easy interface, one of the best things about Learning 360 is the support you get from their team. Our contact \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] really listened to what we needed and helped us achieve that goal in the best way possible. Designing training for the whole business is a difficult task made easy by the platform's logical arrangement of users, groups, courses, programs, sessions, etc... It is very important to understand these layouts and what their mechanics are - once you do that it all clicks and opens up a lot of possibilities. One of our first major tasks was creating a business-wide mandatory training program - with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] help we identified the best architecture for the program and sessions, together with a deep-dive into the best way to deliver information-heavy content in an accessible and interactive way. Happy to say this was achieved and the modularity of the training program through the use of templates will ensure that we have a long-lasting, flexible, updateable, and efficient program for all our colleagues. The platform itself is very social-centric which is a nice departure from some of the dry solutions we used in the past. Learners have an opportunity to comment, speak to each other, react to courses, and ask questions. This gives the instructors a real window into the content and how interested the audience is - in turn making real-time adjustments to tailor content for maximum interest from the learners.

Cons

Some niche features like automation of periodic programs and sessions are not yet available. A big emphasis on "yet" as the features are not unattainable, but currently being developed.

My whole experience has been excellent. The software provides a thorough and user-friendly learning environment, substantially enhancing my learning process. With a variety of courses and materials available, the user-friendly design has made it simple for me to research new subjects and learn useful information. Discussions and other interactive elements have facilitated stimulating and exciting learning opportunities. The attentive customer service personnel and the instructors' help and direction have been amazing. Furthermore, the platform's mobile compatibility has made it possible for me to learn on the go, which fits in perfectly with my hectic schedule. I am incredibly impressed with 360Learning's dedication to offering an excellent learning platform, and I heartily suggest it to anyone looking for a versatile and effective online learning experience.

Pros

The most appealing aspect of for me was its extensive and user-friendly learning environment. I value the numerous elements that improve my learning process as a student. I can browse and sign up for courses with ease, monitor my progress, and access materials thanks to the course management system. I get access to all of my learning materials, including videos, presentations, and interactive quizzes, through the learner site, which serves as a single hub. The site also provides evaluations and quizzes that allow me to analyze my comprehension and pinpoint my weak points. The reporting and analytics tools offer insightful data on my performance and learning development. The virtual classroom function also enables me to take part in live online classes and communicate with teachers and other students.

Cons

What I liked least about is the occasional technical glitches and performance issues I encountered during my learning sessions. While the platform generally functions smoothly, there were instances where I experienced lag or delays when accessing course materials or participating in live sessions. These interruptions could be frustrating and occasionally disrupted my learning flow.

The deployment of the platform went very well, the team was very responsive and present throughout the project.

Pros

The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. Users can navigate quickly and easily to find their training courses.Different possibilities are offered for statistics monitoring at different levels. Especially for the manager who can see at a glance the training of his team. The platform offers the possibility to create content quickly by yourself, a huge advantage to encourage knowledge sharing internally!Finally, several functionalities are proposed to allow the exchange between learners and trainers, or between one learner and another (comments, discussion forum, reaction sharing...)

Cons

A tool that has many advantages but it can sometimes be limited for the administrative management of the training (automatic repetition of some trainings is not possible for example, admin role by population, translations of the training titles that is integrated in an additional option).

### "A great product for training evolution"

In my time using 360 Learning we’ve been able to explore a range of different ways in which to guide the learner experience and create a self driven approach to accessing content which is a refreshing change from the standard click through format that is so prevalent in online learning. Due to the flexibility of the authoring tools we’ve been able to fit a range of different content formats into one seamless experience including interactive guides, videos, outcome based quizzes and a range of engaging questions that break the monotony for multiple choice.Due to the scope of the learning being delivered by our department we’ve really only scratched the surface of the platform capabilities and I’m excited to see the way the other features could evolve the way that we learn. Throughout the course of working with 360 Learning the support has been fantastic. Regular project updates with insightful suggestions on how to improve engagement, fast turn around on any platform or technical queries and probably most of importantly it feels like no question is any trouble to ask the team about.

Pros

360 Learning has been an amazing LMS to use. It’s integration with a range of different design formats allows for an highly customisable user experience and enables great UX control. If there’s a format you want on the platform then you can have it! It’s easy to use but powerful and has a number of features that are exceptional for supporting a great learning experience, such as truly collaborative learning which facilitates learner/facilitator interaction in a refreshing way and the granularity of the data means you can really dig into what’s working and what needs improvement.

Cons

The only thing I would really love is a more customisable interface for the learner. Being able to have a more granular control on what they see and where it is placed would be amazing.

helps me offer strong and efficient trainings to my collaborators with a very appreciated collaborative experience. The LMS fits my complex organizational architecture and the streamlined management of the various roles on the platform has helped me delegate the monitoring and administration of learners to my regional managers.

Pros

I work in a training organization and create content daily. is truly an easy to use LMS for content designers and enjoyable for users. Getting started is simple and the platform has a truly documented knowledge base that answers many usability questions (and if it doesn't the experts on the support team are always available to help quickly.) This LMS has functionalities for deploying training in environments with complex architectures, offers very fine statistics on the follow-up of learners and proposes a collaborative learning philosophy that is very much appreciated by learners. The user experience is prioritized but without neglecting the administrator side, which makes it a competitive LMS.

Cons

The LMS could offer new native gamification modalities to make learning even more interactive. A small negative note on the cumbersome process of duplicating modules and courses

Pros

Die Plattform ist nach relativ kurzer Einarbeitungszeit gut zu bedienen und zu administrieren. Ich bin als Admin sehr autonom und kann fast alles ohne zusätzlichen Support managen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den persönlichen Kontakt. Es fing an mit der Aquise über \[sensibler Inhalt ausgeblendet\], was super angenehm und kompetent professsionell war. Mein Customer Support ist \[sensibler Inhalt ausgeblendet\], die mich sehr kompetent und professionell betreut. Kurze Rückmeldungszeit und ich habe das Gefühl dass sie sich wann immer ich Hilfe benötige die Zeit dazu nimmt. Der Support von \[sensibler Inhalt ausgeblendet\] in den Workshops und beim Set Up der app war auch 1a.

Cons

Die App könnte in der Userführung besser werden. Ich muss innerhalb eines Lernpfades immer wieder manuell zurückgehen um zum nächsten Step zu gelangen. Ich würde mir außerdem mehr Flexibilität bei der Gestaltung des Dashboards wünschen.

Really good - our CSP \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] has been fantastic, and has really kept us on the right path in terms of implementing the platform. We've had a super challenging year from all kinds of angles and I can imagine it's been challenging for \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] just to get hold of us so thank you for keeping it at the forefront of our minds (even though I'm sure it didn't feel like it was at times!)

Pros

Love the collaboration features of the software, how you can tailor it to suit any audience and how versatile it is. You can create so many different types of training sessions/paths, assign whoever you want to it, and gain invaluable feedback through the forums so it's a really great L&D tool.

Cons

The reporting could be improved - it doesn't really have many options in terms of what data is downloaded. You can managed that from the excel sheet of course but it would be good to have a more diverse reporting function. It would also be amazing if you could upload docs to be signed off too - such as training agreeements.

Indeed, even those of us who don't know quite a bit about one or the other turn of events or learning could concoct a preparation module by adhering to the guidelines that were given to us. Something else that intrigued us was the means by which intently thier client achievement chief worked with us as we executed it in our organization. The chief was with us consistently make the organization dispatcOur organization couldn't request much else as 360Learning truly has all that we are searching for in a learning the executives framework. m'a permis de déployer facilement et rapidement mes formations; Ce LMS est très adapté pour des formations e-learning asynchrones comme les miennes, tout en permettant de conserver des échanges faciles et pratiques avec les apprenants (y compris dans la gestion des relances).

\- Les questions des apprenant.e.s se font directement dans les modules, ce qui représente beaucoup d'avantages (les autres apprenant.e.s s'enrichissent en lisant l'historique des questions/réponses comme lors d'une session en présentiel, le fil de discussion est directement lié aux acquisitions du module en cours, ...) - Il est possible d'intégrer des évaluations sommatives dans le parcours (la poursuite pouvant être conditionnée à l'obtention d'un taux minimum de bonnes réponses) - Le parcours permet aux apprenant.e.s d'être guidé et de ne pas se perdre dans l'accessibilité à de nombreux modules - En terme de coût, pour lancer une formation en ligne, c'est sans risque puisque c'est sans engagement, et les frais dépendent directement des apprenant.e.s présent.e.s en formation - Il est possible d'intégrer des envois de mails automatiques dans le parcours - les statistiques des apprenant.e.s, mais aussi des modules, sont très détaillés - Il est très facile d'intégrer des outils dans un module pour enrichir les contenus, gamifier, etc... - Les fonctionnalités évoluent souvent

### "360Learning is helping our startup homogenize knowledge around a daily-changing product"

It's been a pleasure thus far. Onboarded 77 users. Created and implemented courses for onboarding, compliance, and product knowledge within the first month. Their success team is top tier. Sales team was more focused on our company's "problem to solve" than their "product to sell."

Pros

The social learning aspect. Our success lies in allowing individual subject matter experts to create and lead programs specific to their expertise. By empowering the SMEs, we're able to disseminate information faster with a high level of accuracy.

Cons

Compared to other offerings (I explored 12 different LMS systems prior to choosing ) their interface could use an update. My complaints are merely aesthetic - the functions are what sold me.

I really appreciated the support of the team: very helpful and nice.The LMS platform is a good one, with many interesting features (very good statistics about training for instance, even if a little hard to use at first). I hoped a few more options to customize the look and feel of the platform for our company.

Pros

is a robust learning platform including various features for online training. It is quite easy to use and adopt. The 360Learning was very helpful to launch the platform and answer our specific needs.The collaborative options were interesting for our projects.The various options for quizz and assessment were giving us some creative options to make our contents more lively.

Cons

The personalization according to our company design specifications was a bit disappointing.The path / session option was restrictive. But it is improving.

Après plus de deux ans, le retour est remarquablement positif : la taille de l'équipe formation est restée la même (voire a même diminuée) et nous sommes capable de former beaucoup plus de personnes et surtout nous avons le temps de créer plus de contenu. La satisfaction de nos apprenants est toujours au rendez-vous.

Pros

Cet outil de Blended Learning (permettant de proposer du eLearning avec des interactions via des classrooms et un forum permet d'animer de manière optimale les sessions que l'on propose à nos clients, à nos partenaires (nous sommes une société éditrice de logiciel) et en interne.

Cons

La R&D est très dynamique et transparente. Nous attendons avec impatience les fonctionnalités de traduction automatiques de vidéos.

Cons

Get familiar with all the features of the tool requires time to fully integrate its environment and the options available. It is a necessary step if we want to optimise the operation of the LMS.

Pros

Tout au long du projet, de la présentation de la solution, sa sélection, sa configuration et encore aujourd'hui les différents interlocuteurs ont été et sont très réactifs. Le retroplanning a bien été respecté malgré des délais courts. Concernant la solution en tant que telle, elle offre une interface simple,moderne, tout en offrant de nombreuses fonctionnalité que l'on peut aisément appréhender grâce aux formations mise à disposition et l'accompagnement au quotidien.

Cons

Le fait que tout le support technique se fasse par système de ticket sans possibilité d'échange orale peut rendre les échanges de mails fastidieux, et faire perdre du temps sur des problème en apparence non complexe. Beaucoup d'interlocuteur sur des sujets différents, pas toujours évident de savoir à qui s'adresser.

From creative ideas and technical demonstrations, to highlighting different ways I can use the dashboard to drill down into meaningful metrics that show the impact of L&D across our group of companies. Pros

was the first LMS I ever used - I chose it due to the platforms simple, built in Authoring Tools that promised to make content creation easy and fast! I was not dissapointed, and thanks to the continued mentorship of my fabulous Client Success Manager I have been inspired to use other content creation tools that easily embed into courses to make them come alive for our learners (Vyond, Genially, Vimeo, Tiki Toki, to name a few) I love that I can create learner groups and communities and target learners across our global organisation with specific training, in a social and collaborative way. I love that anyone can make a course! As retailers, the collaborative element of the LMS and 360's 'Convexity Culture' is fabulous and continues to influence my own L&D strategy.

Cons

I would have said 'New Courses' not being displayed on the home page - but I am happy to hear that this is being resolved with their new update in may 2021! Hooray!

allows us to internally create content focusing on our activities' needs or on a larger scale transversal topics that remain important in our company. These contents are then promoted to our learners, mainly sales representative target. Since we use 360 Learning, we have been to establish a full eLearning integration journey (monthly delivered to our new workers) that goes hand in hand with a presential program. This way, we have a complete approach to ensure that our learners have a full understanding of their activity and get all the keys to succeed in their missions.

Pros

360 Learning is a real easy-to-use platform. What we like the most is that the 360 Learning teams keep working / editing the platform so our learners can benefit from a nice user experience which gives a thoughtful access to our content. In the same way, the fact that the platform has several partnerships with appreciated creation tools really help to improve and offer modern content to our learners. Since our use is mainly internal, we do appreciate that the dashboards and statistics are easy to analyse.

Cons

Even if the 360L teams gives qualitative content to have a better understanding (communications, elearning modules, support teams etc.) of their new functionalities, the beta phasis of their functionnalities might last a couple months. In the end, even if the developement of new functionnalities respond to our real user needs, it might be difficult to promote them to our learners. Beside this point, we are really satisfied of the platform.

The way this platform improved our learning environment makes it an excellent choice. If any of our personnel have an issue with a course in real-time, they can quickly discuss and work together with their superiors. Participants in these courses immediately and practically benefit from what they learn. We completely redesigned our corporate learning program.

Pros

The platform has so many wonderful features. Users can score tasks and courses for rapid feedback on the content, and the site includes the capability to capture video and screencasting. There is also a social component akin to Facebook. Numerous branching possibilities are made possible by the availability of private and public groups. Overall, it has been an exceptional experience. Very easy to use, wonderful product! The only constructive feedback is not being able to impersonate accounts.

Pros

The best part of 360 Learning is how intuitive the system is, very user friendly.

Cons

What I liked the least about the system is some of the functions are too similar to one another and should be solidified into 1 such as learning paths and programs. Lastly, when deleting accounts it will not delete the entire account from all groups if they are part of a private group. Lastly, as the owner of our platform I should be able to impersonate accounts so I can see how they home page look, in turn I am able to provide the best instructions to my learners.

### "5 years of honeymoon !"

plateform gave us the recipient our contents needed to reach their maximum impact.

Pros

I work for a french environmental and social NGO and we have more than 160 000 people on our plateform. We launched one MOOC per year over the last 5 years, and several online training for our customers, amongst them CAC40 companies. We were able to launch MOOCs with 40 000 participants easily : no need to know the website perfectly for a trainer to create contents, it is intuitiv and so easy ! The quality of the hotline we were expecting with so many participants was present : quick (most of our questions were answered within 24 hours) and reliable. The tools provided with the plateform (tracking, customisation, emailing,...) allows us to efficiently follow our participants and custom the animation to fit their paths. That allows us to reach an average completion rate of 14% on our MOOCs, and our 2019 MOOC was elected MOOC of the year in France by a panel of professionals.

Cons

on SPOC or COOC, we have every features we require. For our MOOC, we miss a participants map and the ability for participants to contact each other on a similar territory. but we are conscious this need is very specific for our needs.

### "360Learning makes course and path creation a breeze"

By using , we are able to devote more time to our external and internal onboarding and training initiatives. In addition, it promotes individual agency and pride.

Pros

Our favorite features of 360L are the product's ease of use and the speed with which it can be implemented for internal and external training.

Cons

The degree to which this product is streamlined and tailored to our needs is difficult to classify, though, because I have never utilized a competing solution. Additionally, like with any SaaS, there is always room for enhancement, and the scheduling can be annoying at times.

### "360learning, l'apprentissage devient collectif autant qu'individuel"

Les apprenants sont attirés puis attachés à l'espace d'apprentissage. Au début, c'est l'aspect visuel qui plaît. Puis peu à peu, la navigation et l'espace d'échange social deviennent un lieu où les apprenants viennent aisément et avec plaisir. Donc nous avons dépassé la barrière de l'apprentissage en ligne avec 90-95% de nos étudiants.

Pros

Les expériences utilisateur et client sont optimales. Du côté utilisateur, la navigation est simple et l'ensemble très visuel, agréable. Les interactions sociales sont facilitées et se passent, même avec des publics peu à même de s'y prêter. Du côté client, la facilité de création et d'administration des programmes ne sont plus à vanter. Et surtout, le support client est vraiment haut de gamme. C'était le cas au début de l'entreprise, mais a réussi le tour de force de garder un vrai support personnalisé même en multipliant le nombre de ses collaborateurs. Enfin, le logiciel évolue constamment.

Cons

Il y a eu parfois des fonctionnalités ou des typologies de navigation qui n'étaient pas très simples d'utilisation, mais avec son processus d'amélioration constante et de mises à jour régulière, a toujours su écouter ses clients et résoudre ces petites pertubations.
