They have worked with us multiple times over the years to customize packages for our program members to make sure we are getting all the checks we need to have to comply with the national org and state laws. They answer multiple questions from me frequently and help explain anything I do not understand. They have worked with us to do a webinar about social media checks, as well. They are very knowledgeable and very helpful. Pros We do extensive background checks with my organization and working with AmericanChecked has made it easy. And they are very thorough. Cons Because I do not use it all the time, almost every time I log in, I have to change my password. It is good that they have that protection built in, and I am sure our programs use it weekly, but I use a handful of times a year, so I just have to keep it all written down to remember! The return time back for these reports is very timely, within 2 days or so. Pros Everything is set up so it's very easy to find. Cons I haven't really experienced any problems with the software. If I forget to check some of the boxes it will let me know before I submit.
