Pros Alphaletz has been a game changer for me and better yet, my accountant loves my new end of year spreadsheet. If you don’t understand or get stuck on something, they are always ready and willing to help. Cons I really can’t think of one thing that I dislike. Its super good value - as the cost savings in reducing the accountants fee and the administration cost makes it a no brainer. Any issues i have had ( which have been minimal ) have then been rapidly dealt with great communication from Richard on the action plan. Nothing ever seeming too much trouble. Pros information at the touch of a button, that emails automatically go out to the tenants to remind them that the rent is due, and then the rent is late if not received, that the accounts are seamless and can easily be reconciled to the bank account, giving great management information to make informed decisions. These are the just a few of the many benefits of Alphaletz Cons When glitches have happened - these have been personally rectified by Richard who is keen to understand any issues and its clearly evident he wants an exceptional software that is simple to use. If you are a new landlord it's a godsend! Pros Ability to manage everything in one place and to manage each property as an independent unit Cons The reporting function needs to be improved - you can include so much information yet the reports that can be extracted are basic - seems a shame to have all the information but not be able to extract/download it.
