The Customer Service is amazing and responsive. Pros I love the billing flexibility where families can pay for a whole year or month to month or 3 months at a time. I don't have to change anything on my end to do this. I also love that it charges us per family vs per student. Cons There are some features that I wish were better like the RSVP portion where I wanted to use it for field trip rsvp and people can indicate how many they want to attend, however, currently it is only if the student is attending. Cons There are a few options that are not currently available that we would love however they are working on adding some and have supplied work arounds so we can accomplish our needs. As the accountant, I am very appreciative that the charge for the parents to process ACH and credit card payments is minimal and is easily accessible in the reports I use. Cons No issues, but if I had to pick one, I wish that I could create and save my own version of some of the basic reports.
