Any time we have a question or need something their customer service is top notch. Our families also love the app and how easy it is to use. Pros Great customer support! It has made our school management so much easier and more efficient. Great for student management, class management, etc. The app is easy to use and our parents love it. Cons There are a few options that are not currently available that we would love however they are working on adding some and have supplied work arounds so we can accomplish our needs. The Customer Service is amazing and responsive. Pros I love the billing flexibility where families can pay for a whole year or month to month or 3 months at a time. I don't have to change anything on my end to do this. I also love that it charges us per family vs per student. Cons There are some features that I wish were better like the RSVP portion where I wanted to use it for field trip rsvp and people can indicate how many they want to attend, however, currently it is only if the student is attending. As the accountant, I am very appreciative that the charge for the parents to process ACH and credit card payments is minimal and is easily accessible in the reports I use. September 12, 2023 5.0 Our overall experience with Our School Hangout has been wonderful! Pros We appreciate the ease of use and the number of helpful options included in the app. Class lists, Lesson plans, Photos, Important reminders, Private messages, Signs ups, Calendars, etc. There are so many different options and they are all easily accessible and easy to operate. It has made our classroom management so much easier. Cons I haven’t found any cons yet. I had a few issues upon setting up the app, but that turned out to be user error. I sent a message for help one evening and was surprised to have the solution emailed back to me literally within minutes. Absolutely zero concerns or complaints!
