I've been using Waalaxy on a basis to help with prospecting on LinkedIn sending out connection requests and following up with people. It does the job. To be honest I sometimes wonder if it's really worth the cost.

Pros

It's really simple to get started with this tool particularly when it comes to reaching out on LinkedIn. Setting up a campaign is a simple and well-explained. It's all pretty self explanatory and straightforward so you can get up. Running quickly.

Cons

The downside is that it's pretty pricey, for what you get. To be honest the features are fairly standard. Don't really offer anything that cheaper options don't already have which makes you wonder if its worth the cost.

This is one of the best tools I have used. It is totally safe.

Pros

Is it very easy to implement and start prospecting. It includes the proxy management, so it can work even when the computer is off.

Cons

Needs to improve the user interface and add more functionalities to use cold email independently of LinkedIn campaigns and better reporting features.

I used it for 2 years, it is intuitive, looks good and I used to be satisfied.

Cons

Waalaxy has manipulative, deceptive and simply intolerable advertising practices. If we use the extension, which is necessary for Waalaxy to function properly, we then see posts appear in our LinkedIn feed. These posts are fake posts! These are in fact Waalaxy advertisements, which the extension embeds in LinkedIn, in a deceptive and manipulative way. This is unacceptable and I left Waalaxy after 2 years of using it without any problems.

The Ui/Ux and user journey is 1 of the best among other similar SaaS.

Pros

Bypassing the 100 prospect block by LinkedIn, not sure how they did it though. Solid and responsive team. They thought about the user journey alot, and make it as smooth as possible for the user. Instead of stapling together multiple tools to find new prospects, now we just use 1.

Cons

Each Waalaxy account is tied to 1 LinkedIn account, so for a sales team that usually juggle between multiple LinkedIn accounts to speak to different audiences, it also means I'll need a higher plan to be able to switch between LinkedIn accounts.

Hey Adam! As you mentioned that's right one LinkedIn account = one Waalaxy account, but you can create your team, which can be taken with any subscription starting from Pro, it's just a matter of taking 2 seats from the same account, of course paying for 2 accounts in this case :)

My experience with Waalaxy is very good. I've been able to introduce new leads to my business (5% hit rate), without sacrificing time or a big investment. Also, I've been able to increase my connections in LinkedIn +30% in only 10 days of using the software.

What I loved the most, is the time that I can save using this software, and most important, without loosing the "organic" or "real person" approach in the campaigns.

Pros

The instant integration into Linkedin is very handy and you can get started right away. Now with the widget integrated into Linkedin it is even easier than having the chrome extension and makes prospecting, managing campaigns and automating super userfriendly.

Cons

I started using Waalaxy when it was just starting (and changing from Prospecting) and initially it was a bit confusing.

Ease of use and onboarding, you can get started in minutes.If you don't need specific lead management it's a perfect tool to start with.

Cons

Contact management is a bit hard within the tagging system.Also, you can't import duplicates which is annoying if you work frequently with the same leads (for retargeting purposes)

Ce produit permet d’automatiser la prospection sur LinkedIn en permettant l’import des recherches dans une base de données et de les utiliser comme on le souhaite : invitations, premier message, etc...

Cons

Pour les inconvénients, j’en ai rencontré plusieurs. Nous avons rencontré de nombreux bugs lors de l’utilisation, il ne prend pas en charge tous les navigateurs, il faut obligatoirement passer sur Chrome et la gestion des crédits est très mal faite

Happy and disappointed both. I want to use it but can't so Waalaxy is more sort of 2nd or 3rd preference.

Awesome limits, automation/drip campaign, UX/UI and Analytics

Cons

Roadmap seem dumped by the team - No progressOnly 1 CRM integration i.e. "OneCRM" while only 3 in roadmap like 'Hubspot' etc dying under RoadmapWebhook is also not there. Quite disappointing

Côté interactif de l'outil, très didactique. Efficacité et rapidité. Les messages peuvent être modifiés rapidement.

Cons

La connexion avec Linkedin est très lente et rencontre quelques problèmes. Les filtres de postes/métiers ne sont pas très efficaces. Il existe beaucoup trop de noms de postes différents, on n'est jamais sûrs à 100% de s'adresser à la bonne personne, sans devoir vérifier les listes de prospects en amont.

Aujourd'hui j'utilise Waalxy pour automatiser l'envoie des messages "brise-glace" cela me permet de gagner un temps énorme pour me concentrer sur d'autre tâche une fois l'envoie du message brise glace envoyer je prend le relais pour engagé une conversation avec mes prospect. Cela m'a aider à décrocher de nombreux R1 grâce à l'automatisation des messages.

Pros

Waalaxy est un très bon logiciel, il est facile de le prendre en main, il y a de nombreuses campagnes à disposition qui sont propres à chaque objectif. Le choix est large donc on trouve forcément une campagne adaptée à ce que l'on souhaite. Le service client et au top il ya un vraiment suivis pour résoudre votre problème, de plus il vous aide via le biais de vidéos ou photo si vous êtes vraiment perdu bref vous trouverez toujours une aide pour votre problème et généralement l'équipe fait tout pour vous le résoudre rapidement. De plus le gros point positif et que l'équipe vous offre 77 jours gratuit si jamais vous voulez essayer une campagne pour voir si elle est adaptée à votre stratégie. Avec l'arrivée de l'offre gratuite tout le monde peut utiliser Waalaxy pour trouver ses premiers clients j'ai trouvé les miens comme ça 😉) Bref juste pour dire que je recommande Waalxy à 200%.

Cons

Il y a quelque bug des fois quand on commence une nouvelle campagne les prospects ne s'ajoute pas et on est donc obligé sois de recréer une campagne sois de faire appel à l'équipe technique mais cela reste rare comme bug. Sinon dans l'ensemble le logiciel est bien paramétrer.

The most important important feature in this product is the significant improvement in the time and efficiency of the parser. (compared to the old tool prospectin) I just love the speed of the parser.

Cons

The least would be the messaging feature for our existing 1st connection. It so happened that the message was already sent and tool was not able to identify and resent the message which resulted in spamming.

Over the past months I tested different outreach programs and this one fits the best for my needs. Price and functionality is good.

Pros

Has many outreach options and is very functional Has a Trello board that is up to date Very good customer service team Lot's of outreach tips and tricks Save to use on your LinkedIn profile (Didn't go over the recommended settings) Cheaper then products with the same functions

Cons

The campaign screen could be bigger and the top border smaller and the icons smaller this to make searching easier. Although I find the campaign names funny I get that other people couldn't get the jokes and mis professionalism.

Cool. what I liked the most was the direct messages at random times that appear to be a personalized dedication, although everything is automatic.

Pros

I liked the templates to get the attention of potential clients. It is easy to use and does not require much experience to obtain results.

I found very useful the possibility to change and personalize the campaigns to different target profiles as well as to select the timing of each action within the campaign.

Cons

There still a few limits to most campaign templates changes, which do not allow enough versatility, such as the impossibility to delated an action or add one if needed. ### "Good product idea but still a long way to go"

Pros

The easy of use, to set up and build campaigns. Importing contacts is also easy.

Cons

We experienced some bugs in our campaigns, which could have been costly for our image, apparently it was some technical issue that was being solved earlier this year. Haven't used the product since.
