February 9, 2022 5.0 Pros My adventure with this french based solution began with ProspectIn - a tool that preceded Waalaxy. In my opinion, Waalaxy, despite a few shortcomings, is a tool definitely more recommendable. In fact, it makes it very easy to create entire campaigns to reach prospects, job candidates, recipients, not only on LinkedIn, but also through cold-mailing. As one of the few tools, it allows you to bypass the limit of about 15 invitations a day for up to 100 invitations sent each day (although I will add that I do not recommend spamming recipients and selling on the first contact). It also allows you to use one Sales Navigator account for multiple LinkedIn accounts - or not use it at all. As a result, you can save on the subscription to the service worth at least 50 euro/month. The tool itself offers multichannel campaigns, where you can meet your prospects not only on LinkedIn, but also with mailing campaigns. Pros: You can send up to 100 invitations and even more messages, visits, or follows a day. Multi-channel marketing - not only LinkedIn, but also email enrichment and cold mailing. That helps me generate leads. Pros Easy to use tool. Simple UI. The best part is I set up the software once, which has been running in the backend for the last one year. Got 2000 followers without working. Cons My account got suspended for using this software once. It was suspended for a week. And waalaxy is clear about it, that your account might get suspended as they are not affiliated to work with LinkedIn.There is a huge risk involved to lost it. Love customer support lives chat, always answered my questions & they solved my problems immediately. Pros Before coming across ProspectIn and Waalaxy I actually tried another similar solution (with a tasty name) but I didn't go further the trial period as the set up proved to be quite complicated. I fell in love with ProspectIn at the first sight and immediately had all of my colleagues use a free trial as I could be set up by a click of a button. Waalaxy was the next step providing the feature we sought after for a very long time - automated consecutive messages and email outreach. Cons Strangely enough it does not have the feature that ProspectIn has - removing old pending invites. Also, the variables in message sections could be more diverse, but they are only limited to NAME, SURNAME and COMPANY. Why not include - INDUSTRY or COUNTRY? The import report could provide more information - why not all of the campaign leads were scanned? What duplicated did you find and what campaign they are in? etc. Email outreach needs to be polished - the text formatting is not supported and it is not possible to include variables for the email topic - so it can't be personalized which is sad. Waalaxy permet de déjouer intelligemment les quotas imposés par Linkedin sans pour autant vous faire bannir. Je m'étais fait restreindre sans comprendre car je ne connaissais pas les règles des quotas. Linkedin a donc cru que j'étais un robot alors que je n'utilisais pas (encore) d'outil d'automatisation. J'installe Waalaxy et je pose directement de nombreuses questions sur le chat où il sont très réactifs. Ils m'ont éduqué stratégiquement pour éviter mes erreurs de débutant. Ils mettent à jour souvent, ils bossent, ils testent, demandent du feedback et ensuite ajoutent des fonctionnalités en rapport, sans trop de bugs (il suffit de rafraîchir la page pour relancer si besoin). L'app tourne bien, je m'en sers chaque jour et c'est un gain de temps monstrueux. Je suis sur le plan qui permet seulement des actions uniques et c'est parfait pour débuter. Je passerai certainement au plan suivant quand ma séquence sera plus travaillée car je n'ai aucun doute concernant le retour sur investissement. En effet, je l'utilise seulement en complément de mon activité pour l'acquisition de leads et c'est déjà rentable. (+ de 100k € de CA grâce à la prospection Linkedin). Et encore, j'utilise pas les mails.... Bref, enfin un outil d'automatisation qui permet de faire plus ET mieux. Pros La qualité du système, sa robustesse, simplicité d'utilisation, le support excellent, les nouveaux développements: mail, email finder, messagerie linkedin Cons Les promesses ne sont pas remplies: la fonctionnalité mail est loin d'être optimale, ça devient l'effet couteau suisse: on veut faire trop de choses, mais on ne pas être bon dans tout à la fois. Le prix est devenu exorbitant, je me suis laissé convaincre par l'option business, mais je le regrette un peu, notamment par la déception des fonctionnalités promises qui ne sont pas à la hauteur. Les campagnes pré-établies, sans possibilité de créer la sienne: on ne trouve pas toujours exactement ce que l'on veut. Notamment des campagnes qui incluent l'application de tags sur les prospects en fonction de leur évolution dans la campagne. Il faut jongler avec les filtres, et faire des opérations manuellement. Des filtres qui ne sont pas disponibles sur la vision des prospects dans la campagne. Difficile aussi de savoir quels prospects viennent de sortir d'une campagne, et pourquoi. There is a great guide to understanding the product, but essentially Waalaxy has a great UI easy to use and understand for newcomers. It offers an incredible amount of features for a very reasonable price. If cloud based automation isn't your top priority, then choose Waalaxy without hesitation. BTW, the Waalaxy team told me that they will be releasing a cloud-based version of the app shortly. That's great news!
