It's another thing that we have to do along with creating product roadmap. Chisel has provided us the framework to calculate prioritization score of various features along with giving visibility on team alignment for these scores. Pros Chisel has everything that any product manager needs. The three main features of Chisel is Product Managers's dream tool set. Truly a unique product as most product management tools includes roadmapping at best. I could at least say "Money well spent" after using it. Pros It gives an ability to manage multiple product's using roadmap tools/screens like kanban, release and timeline. Every screens are consistent throughout the product and that is the reason why it becomes very easy to visualize and communicate the product roadmap to the entire team. We were looking in the market for Product Management tools and they are too costly in comparison to Chisel. Total number of features we get from Chisel at very cheap price is just an amazing find. Value for money is totally worth it for using Chisel. Pros I loved the seamlessness of Chisel's UX. Anything I wrote and made in the treeview was already synced with kanban, release and rest of the product. Chisel actually solved me a lot of hassle. We are a quite new startup and wanted to use some SaaS tool which solves our Prioritization and Roadmapping problem for us and we found Chisel at the exact time when we needed. The same information integrates in the team radar for prioritization Cons We don’t have any doubts at the moment, it's a really good product to use Reason for choosing Chisel Gave us a place to measure team alignment in terms of how all epics or user stories are prioritized. Ever since we used Chisel, especially Chisel’s team alignment matrix, it was easier than ever for us to see where everyone was on prioritization. We had conversations on why team members voted the way they did and improved our team alignment because of it. We needed a more robust tool that allowed our team to give their scores on various features, stay connected with our customers. Chisel gave us all of that in addition to its roadmap tool. Pros That there are additional features we need such as Team Radar and user research, not only roadmaps Cons As a fairly new user of the product, I have not yet found many dislikes.
