They are very supportive in looking after our needs. Their legal teams are a big problem-solver. With their help, we didn't have to worry about staying compliant in these countries. All the onboardings are done safely without having to wait for days. Pros Expansion outside the Indian market meant worrying about lots of compliance issues. One major pro in using Multiplier is the local compliance that they take care of. We loved how we just thought about the hiring bit and they did everything else. Be it calculating the payrolls, doing the taxes, providing locally competitive benefits, Multiplier gets the job done. Cons It has been smooth sailing so far.
