With the recent introduction of a social media channel to engage with user feedback and ideas, the platform is increasingly promising and holds great potential. Pros What I appreciated about ContractHub is its capability to manage multiple clients as an agency through separate workspaces and team roles. Additionally, the option to send signature requests via a link or embed a public template on a website was particularly useful. Cons I would like to see ContractHub enhance its data compliance with GDPR, introduce a public API or Webhook, and add the ability to attach files in the near future. These improvements are already listed on their roadmap. I've only needed to contact support a couple of times and it's been resolved quickly and positively. Pros I was looking for a simple, easy-to-use, inexpensive way to manage my contracts and agreements. This is a necessary part of doing business, but it's a tedious one. After experiencing some frustration with complexity and insatiability with other providers, I came across your solution on Appsumo for an incredible price. I haven't looked back and no longer have the same frustrations I used to. Cons Honestly, there isn't much I don't like. My "wish list" is really short-- the ability to customize the signer's colors just as I do for my own (I apply my brand colors to EVERYTHING), and set those colors as defaults would be great. I feel like it switches me between the set up screen (where I signate emails and signers) to the contract screen too fast, without a confirmation or way to get back. Docusign is out of control expensive and slow. So is signable, and I didn't like the interface. Adobe Sign was completely unstable. Sometimes it signed, other times it didn't. All three were not meeting my needs. Reasons for choosing ContractHub Honestly, I was super fed up with my options. When I saw the Appsumo deal, I didn't think twice. I'd already wasted more money trying other options over the years. Knowing what I know now about your product, I would have paid a lot more for it because it did exactly what I needed it to do. Admittedly, I need to investigate other features, but I'm satisfied with your product and I am happy to be here with you. It’s wonderful Pros Not complicated and does what it should simply with ease. I use it near daily and templates save me time and money and storage space, simple tracking and love the compliance certificates. Cost can’t be beat and \[sensitive content hidden\] the \[sensitive content hidden\] is responsive and friendly and open to adding more features to make it even better. But that is all resolved. Editing templates is not a function. The set up was a breeze and customer support is intuitive and efficient. Pros We use ContractHub to automate repetitive document flows as well as digitally sign third-party PDFs. For things like order forms and NDAs, it really saves us a lot of time. The dashboard makes it easy for me to find things, and the ToDo section lets me quickly sign and approve stuff without hassle. Highly recommend!
