Pros

I like that it is convenient to use and not overbearing like some security software.

Cons

It can mistake something safe as a threat which can be a pain to try and dissect.

We only use Azure Firewall Manager for basic network security on our apps and services. It's very easy to setup and we love being able to create very specific rules and roles to use with the firewall to ensure everyone that needs access gets it, and everyone that doesn't, gets booted out :)

Pros

Extremely easy to use and get setup with your existing apps and services. Fine grain control over firewall rules.

Cons

Can't get pricey depending on the features you need.

As a team member of data analysis, Azure Firewall Manager helps my team manage and secure our analytics applications and data transition over applications and endpoints. The service allows citizen developers like me to manage and deploy security policies on local levels without affecting or risking the global security firewall of our data analysis pipeline.

Pros

Azure Firewall Manager facilitates the configuration and management of security firewalls for Azure Platform services within one dashboard. The service has seamless integration with third-party security services and allows admins to manage and apply security policies over multiple virtual networks and instances.

Cons

Although the service is well-documented, I find the configuration instructions of global vs. local firewalls are not clear enough for non-advanced users. Also, it would be great if the service were more cost-effective.
