Our recruiters are able to look at a potential candidate’s entire work timeline as recorded in the DOS, providing full transparency. We’re able to view our hiring patterns and growth trajectory as a team, enabling us to make grounded decisions and set informed goals. Pros The layout and intuitive platform are \[insert thoughts\]. They truly listen to feedback and use it to enhance the product where applicable. I truly felt seen as a customer, which I never thought I would say in relation to software. The insights and ability to view the competition’s analytics truly allow us to make actionable plans. Cons The limited screen sizing can be an issue when trying to have multiple screens open at once. I know the dashboard requires a certain amount of real estate to be viewable, but I would love it if it could become an app on my tablet or even phone. I have already recommended Corofy to other colleagues in the industry who are looking to grow their companies. Pros We have me insight into the agent activity in our market than ever before. Data gives us the ability to objectively measure where we are and to strategize how to improve and grow. Cons I can't think anything I would improve. The good news is that Corofy is constantly figuring this out for us with new features and ideas that we didn't know we needed. " November 10, 2021 4.0 Corofy has been a pleasure to work with. Their team is incredibly responsive and very eager to learn and develop alongside their clients. Their forward thinking is contagious and I can't wait to see how their product and platform continues to grow. Pros I love the way I can verify a story line of an agent. I can see exactly where they've worked, for how long and the likelihood that agent leaving. It makes recruitment much more efficient. I also use Corofy for learning and development of my own company. If an agent leaves where are they going? Why are they going there? What does that company offer that is enticing? What additional support or resources can we provide internally to keep retention high? Cons I would love to be able to determine whose license was disassociated versus went inactive at a competitive brokerage. It can paint two very different pictures. Not only is it easy to use and navigate, the team at Corofy is always available and perceptive to feedback and improvements. Pros The real-time data and continuous updates, developments and add-on's make Corofy an incredible tool for real estate firms. Not only does Corofy provide important features to understand your own team intelligence, it provides unparalleled intel on the industry, firms and individual agents. Cons The data is limited to DOS which comes with it's own constraints - as in licensing info for agents specifically for renewals is at times delayed and only goes back to 2017. Reason for choosing Corofy We utilize an additional ATS and CRM, however, neither and no other product like Corofy provides the data available in such form. Our data comes from various sources outside of the DOS, including independent third-party sources, open public data (this is where DOS falls), and our proprietary data. With DOS making their data public in 2017, that is as far back as agent's licensing information goes. COO Real Estate Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "No more "blind" recruiting" September 29, 2021 5.0 Pros The software was very easy to use and it created the opportunity to recruit in a very targeted, intelligent and data driven way. Prior to the existence of Corofy, our company had no interest in recruiting because it felt very "blind" and it required a ton of resources. The data that Corofy provides has really changed the name of the game and we find that to be very exciting! Cons It would be great if there were automated reports that were relevant to our company that could be sent to us each week. As a recruiter and HR I am able to use Corofy for recruitment, data intelligence, retention and growth managing my team, licensing, the listing goes on… Cons Sometimes it can be glitchy, but overall no major cons.
