Cons The features do take some time to get used to so launching it full service for your congregation takes some time for the admins to ensure they have an understanding of how information is entered and processed but it is most definitely worth the investment. I would like to see the capability to incorporate a Pastor's blog/newsletter into the platform. If it is already built in, it may just be that I haven't discovered that capability yet.
