Kumullus nous permet de manière simple, efficace et interactive de former les vendeurs à différentes offres, nouveautés produits ou posture relationnelle. Les équipes (contributeurs et utilisateurs) ont très vite adopté l'outil qui est facile à utiliser.

Pros

La solution a été simple a intégrer dans nos outils. Elle est largement adoptée par les utilisateurs et permet de suivre leur engagement et leur progression grâce à des tableaux de bord pertinents.

Cons

La mise à la charte graphique a été difficile (mais je pense en partie à cause de nous) Par ailleurs, nous avions demandé des ajustements dans les tableaux de suivi pour mieux piloter l'engagement => 'automatisation de ces tableaux a pris un peu plus de temps que prévu mais au final c'est nickel.

Nos équipes terrains ne disposent que de peu de temps et la solution Kumullus permet de créer des apports pédagogiques percutants et courts. Pour les concepteurs, c'est également un gros gain de temps par rapport à d'autres solutions plus complexes

Pros

Une grande facilité de prise en main et beaucoup de possibilités pour dynamiser les vidéos. Tout est fait pour créer des modules rapidement et simplement

Cons

les timings d'apparition des interactions sont parfois un peu compliqués à caler en fonction de la vidéo mais rien d'insurmontable

Pros

Globalement, l'utilisation du logiciel est intuitive. Elle nous a permis de mettre en valeur nos villas auprès de nos partenaires agents immobiliers d'une manière nettement plus démonstrative et personnalisée que ce qui se fait traditionnellement. Nous apprécions également l'évolutivité des fonctionnalités, on sent que l'équipe de développement tiens bien compte de nos remarques. Le format de vidéo connectée est bien adapté à la vente de produit immobilier de luxe, particulièrement en ce moment où les déplacements de nos acheteurs sont rendus plus compliqués par le CoVid.

Cons

Idéalement, il faudrait implanter quelques langues supplémentaires (allemand et espagnol dans notre cas). Il y a encore quelques bugs mais le support technique se montre réactif.

Simple d'utilisation, ergonomique. Diversité des cibles à disposition Réactivité du support technique en cas de bug et résolution rapide des bug.

Cons

\- Pouvoir enregistrer des préférences (lorsqu'on ajoute du texte par exemple et qu'on a une charte graphique à respecter, on utilise toujours les mêmes couleurs et typo (taille) mais il faut les resélectionner à chaque fois => temps perdu et rébarbatif) - Editeur de texte plus élaboré (pour voir mettre des indices et des exposants par exemple) - Statistiques par vidéo et générales peu compréhensibles pour l'instant

La facilité d'utilisation et la rapidité sont les atouts dans notre contexte pour l'acquisition de l'outil.

Pros

Nous donnons des formations en technologie de l'information et des formation en prévention des risques cyber. Le gros plus les formats adaptés sur mobile qui permet de suivre une formation où que vous soyez.

Cons

Nous avons au debut expérimenté quelques bugs mais ils ont été corrigés rapidement.

Nous travaillons beaucoup avec des prestataires indépendants à travers le monde (graphisme, rédaction, UX, marketing, etc.). Kumullus nous sert a communiquer des informations, formations, onboarding à ces personnes. Apres avoir testé plusieurs formats différents, ainsi que d'autres outils auteurs, j'ai trouvé que Kumullus était de loin le meilleur rapport qualité prix et nous apportait des resultats supérieurs aux autres approches.

Pros

\- Facilité d'utilisation - Puissance de l'outil pour faire des scénarios à embranchement - Je trouve la modalité de la video interactive particulièrement intéressante pédagogiquement et disruptive par rapport à ce qui se fait habituellement - Le support ! On peut les appeler quand on veut, et en cas de bug ou de besoin urgent d'une fonctionnalité, ils le font dans la semaine. J'avais jamais vu ca :-D

Cons

Nous avons pas mal utilisé l'outil, pour faire des modules pédagos linéaires ou à embranchement. Rien ne m'a posé problème, à part qques rares bugs que leur équipe de dev a corrigé dans les jours qui ont suivi. Depuis quelque temps, j'ai embarqué 2 stagiaires sur l'outil, et j'ai trouvé les fonctionnalités de travail collaboratif trop limitées. Mais après discussion avec le support, j'ai appris que c'était qqch de prévu dans leur roadmp 2022, donc c'est tout bon :)
