De momento es muy positiva, llevamos dos meses trabajando con el sistema y estamos muy contentos y el instalador nos ha configurado todo para poder adaptarse a nuestra manera de trabajar.

Pros

La sencillez y la facilidad de uso. Nuestro equipo se ha adaptado rapidamente a pesar de estar años trabajando con otro sistema.

Cons

La única desventaja que veo es la personalización de los botones, si que es verdad que es fácil de detectar donde está cada función pero me gustaría poder personalizarlo yo.

Estoy encantado con el sistema y su facilidad de uso. La atención y el tiempo de respuesta del equipo técnico tanto en dudas como en incidencias.

Pros

La solución de la carta digital, integrada con la caja. Integrar los pagos de las tarjeta en el comandero. Gestionar los pedidos y el monitor de cocina son claves en mi negocio y lo resuelven perfectamente

Cons

De momento no he tendido ningún tipo de incidencia con ninguna persona de Glob, tanto en la atención comercial como técnica

En general, la experiencia con Glop está siendo muy positiva. Veníamos de una caja registradora sencilla y el salto se nota: ahora controlamos mucho mejor las ventas, los tickets y los productos que más salen. El equipo se adaptó rápido porque la pantalla es bastante intuitiva, y el soporte técnico nos ha atendido bien cada vez que hemos tenido alguna duda. A día de hoy, el TPV se ha convertido en una herramienta clave para el día a día de nuestro pequeño restaurante.

Pros

Lo que más me gusta es lo sencillo que resulta para todo el equipo y lo rápido que nos ha hecho en el día a día. Ahora tomamos las comandas desde la barra y desde la terraza y entran directamente en cocina, sin papeles ni líos. También me viene genial tener el control de mesas y los cierres de caja al final del día en un único sitio. En resumen, hemos ganado agilidad y más control del negocio.

Cons

Me gustaría que la sección de informes fuese un poco más visual, para obtener rápido los datos que necesito. También vendría bien algún tutorial dentro del programa, sobre todo cuando entra personal nuevo. Por lo demás, funciona bien y es estable en el día a día.
