### "Fellowship One"

January 16, 2019

4.0

Overall, my experience with Fellowship One has been positive. But it seems to be playing catch-up to the competition.

Pros

Fellowship One has exhaustive resources - you can do almost anything with it. It's a very feature-rich CRM.

Cons

Because there are so many features in F1, it can be very hard to navigate. It's not intuitive. And the reporting is very powerful, but very confusing.

### "F1 from a Finance Manager point of view"

March 18, 2015

4.5

Pros

I can get reports that give me what I need to know and can manipulate those for just the information I need. I also really like the giving module - with the batch scanner - really fast, intuitive, and easy to administer. We aren't there yet, but when we are it will be easy to segregate check scanning from posting. I can also say that each time they make upgrades to the program, I am impressed with the improvements. It seems like F1 "gets it".

Cons

It is difficult to figure out how to enter a ticket to receive support. I wish they would streamline this process.

### "An excellent software to use for church data!"

August 16, 2018

5.0

Overall, it's great! Easy to use and reliable!

Pros

I liked that it was easy to use and it was always consistent. We didn't have many issues or technological problems using it. It was great and reliable!

Cons

Although it was great for tracking church data and information, there wasn't necessarily a level of efficiency compared to other softwares I've used that have more functionality.

### "We used FellowshipOne for many years as our primary database."

March 1, 2018

4.0

Pros

FellowshipOne was really the first industry leader in church database systems. Others have risen up and potentially surpassed it, but F1 still has a lot to offer. I'd say the best thing about it is how it can be all-inclusive - database, kids ministry check in, volunteer check in, contributions, etc.

### "Can Be Difficult to Use"

January 21, 2019

4.0

We have moved to another software due to the lack of ease of use.

Pros

This software has a lot of the functions we need as a church, they are just not user friendly.

Cons

It can be difficult to navigate. Features are not very user friendly.

### "Many Stumbles Lately"

April 24, 2017

3.0

Pros

Easy to set up new members, add them to groups and classes. Plenty of space for comments and the ability to transfer a volunteer from one group to the next.

Cons

I seem to be kicked out of the program quite a bit along with the program being very slow at times (Monday mornings especially).

### "FellowshipOne is a great software for small groups who are just beginning with data reconciliation."

May 11, 2018

4.0

This software allowed me to visually see the team and rosters and have the accessibility to personal contact information to engage with people and grow teams.

Pros

FellowshipOne has great flow from church related fields to personal information. It was easy to navigate regarding data flow and entry. Basic reporting was simple to run to evaluate team health and volunteer rosters/schedules.

Cons

Reporting was limiting. In the event you are looking for an extensive or intensive report to pull from various fields within, you will be required to pull multiple reports and merge the fields as needed. This does create large opportunities for errors or incomplete data.

### "Mixed feelings"

August 19, 2015

2.0

Fellowship One is built for large scale churches with multiple campuses. We are a smaller church with about 500 regular attenders a week and about 1500 total people in our system. There are so many options that we do not need. Also, it frequently stops working altogether, giving you an error code. This code would be useful if you could talk to someone in a timely manner, but you can't. Customer service is perhaps the worst I have ever encountered with any company. The system itself is not very user friendly, a person has to watch videos and train for hours just to know how to use it. Can't recommend

### "There is no lower score"

July 31, 2018

1.0

Absolutely nothing.

Pros

There is nothing good about this product or organization. Really bad service, support and logistics. Stay away.

Cons

This is a terrible product with some of the worst customer service in existence. The product is clunky and overly complicated. It is counter to what a real CRM should be. From sales to customer service, the experience with F1 and ministry brands is bad. You are constantly having to pursue them and their staff is rude. Look at Hubspot or Planning Center for a better experience.

### "Very user friendly"

May 2, 2019

5.0

Pros

It is so easy to enter a new congregant, track their attendance, tithing, volunteer positions and so much more!

Cons

I found it a little difficult to learn all the nuances of the report building but once I did it enough times, it all made sense.

### "All Things Church in 1 Place"

April 26, 2018

3.0

Pros

It covers the entire spectrum of things needed to manage the day-to-days as well as the one-offs. You can manage membership, tithing, event sign-ups, attendance, etc. all in one place. It also connect to other applications well - i.e. finance tools for tithes / budgeting

Cons

It's not as functional as I would like. Tracking attendance is rogue and not user-friendly. It's also prone to error and doesn't allow for on-stop member adds.

### "Great for smaller organizations"

July 19, 2019

5.0

It was great until we grew seemingly too big for it

Pros

It was easy to use, straightforward and an excellent data base for keeping records of all attendees.

Cons

It didn't have the capacity to grow with us when we grew larger than 10,000 members

### "Not User Friendly"

February 2, 2017

1.0

It is very difficult to get any reports that you want. Too many listed and not very clear exactly on what the report will give you. Customer Support many times just sends you to a link to a video to watch to try and help you figure out what you are trying to get a report on but it still doesn't help. There are alot of things the software offers if you are a computer tech and can figure it all out. I would not recommend this unless you like to try and figure it out like a puzzle.

Pros

Easy to enter a person in the system.

Cons

Reports are very difficult to figure out and still haven't and we have used this software for at least 3 years. We are looking for a more user friendly software that any staff person could use without major training and even then have difficulties. Setting up Small groups attendance is not user friendly either. Just frustrating all the way around.

### "Couldn't Ask for Anything More"

February 21, 2019

5.0

Pros

Honestly, you couldn't ask for anything more than what Fellowship One offers. It has everything in one place! From logged e-mails, to reports, to creating groups for your people, it is truly the best software of its kind and extremely user friendly.

Cons

It's hard to think of cons for Fellowship One. It literally does everything! It doesn't communicate with a planning software with volunteers-- that would be my only con. So you have to enter information in Fellowship One and then again in your volunteer scheduling software.

### "Fellowship One Isn't for Everyone"

January 15, 2019

2.0

Fellowship One is a step up from a lot of church databases out there, but there are better for the same cost option.

Pros

I liked the multiple functions and forms you could run on members in the database.

Cons

The software was not intuitive and the design was dated and not user friendly.

### "Our church has strained in using this as it lacks many functions that many platforms have. "

March 9, 2018

3.0

Pros

It is a good searchable database for people in our church. And does have a multifunctional element to it for emailing and tracking. There are some things that can be trained on better to improve user use.

Cons

In emails you can only put on one attachment and it has to be under 1 mb. The first couple years it did not work on iPads or tablet templates. And it overall still has a late 90s early 2000s look.

Cons

The ease of this software to navigate and teach is the best!

### "We use this at our church to organize our entire staff and membership database."

August 9, 2017

4.0

Pros

Fellowship One allows us to streamline our growing church. From membership database, marketing, and personnel communications it allows us to do ministry more efficiently.

Cons

Fellowship One does have a cost to it. For a church on a smaller budget it may not be a good option, however as churches grow and budget allows it can save time and money.

### "Fellowship One can really do everything you hope for!"

January 16, 2018

4.0

Pros

Fellowship One is a very dynamic and thorough program! It has the capabilities to capture every detail you want in relation to your congregation.

Cons

I do wish the program had a little more ease of use. Maybe include some more shortcuts to access information on the go.

### "Streamlines our ministry processes"

June 23, 2010

4.0

I would highly recommend this solution as it fully combines data from all ministries into one database. You can access all data for one person or household in a single screen. Activities such as online giving, event registration and small group attendance are automatically posted to the system and no manual process is required. Ultimately, FellowshipOne allows us to do effective ministry without the burdens of manual processes.

Pros

Consolidates people data across ministry areas Eliminates all manual process related to online giving Allows for online event registration and payment Easily maintain and monitor small groups and their attendance Self Checkin for volunteers and children for weekend services and other events Overall eliminates inefficiencies in data collection and maintenance

Cons

While reporting is very good, it is often challenging to find the right report without contacting Fellowship Technologies for assistance.

### "Makes ministry easier"

June 29, 2010

4.0

Fellowship Technologies is a great team to work with and I would highly recommend Fellowship One.

Pros

\* Stable, web based product with no server management time \* Product shows continual improvement in reliability and user experience \* Strong user community support via the Experience website \* Great staff support from the Fellowship Tech team \* Contacts feature has been invaluable in helping us minister to our growing congregation.

Cons

\* Reporting is muddy and takes more time than it should to get the data you are looking for. \* Interaction with our website needs improvement. Its kind of clunky and not on par with web services available today. \* On the bright side of the cons, there is no doubt to us that Fellowship Tech sees the weaknesses in both of these environments and is making great progress improving them. We are excited about the future!

### "Every Church needs a Church Management System. F1 is the BEST!"

September 1, 2010

4.0

Good decisions are usually based on good information. Without a good system to provide that information, most churches are in the dark regarding their people and their ministries. Fellowship One provides an excellent framework of information allowing churches to spend more time doing ministry and less time doing administrative tasks. It's a powerful tool and one which we have grown to very much appreciate!

Pros

\- Software as a Service (SaaS) - internet based, available anytime, from any computer with an internet connection - No upgrades or software maintenance on the user end - Continuously improving - Feature Rich - Has an API for custom programing - Excellent video training for the users - Excellent customer service - Powerful Query System - Industry leading child check-in system - Efficient Giving system - Integration with existing website And much more!

Cons

\- The reporting system needs improvement

### "I mainly used this program for signing kids up for camp. "

January 31, 2018

3.0

Our church used it for a long time as it was a great tool to manage a large amount of information, groups, and members.

Pros

I appreciated the ease of information to those connected to our ministry. Sign-ups were quick, simple, and easy. Grouping of ministries was also simple and easy to manage

Cons

Printing off reports was never easy; if I needed specific information, getting to it, printing it, and organizing it was a complicated process.
