I Like that I can reach the tech support at anytime and get a quick response. We are a hotel so things happen at super early hours or super late hours of the day. Great team!!

Pros

I like the freedom to add images, power point slices and be able to free type. For me I like to personalize my groups so I can always type a personalize message to my groups.

Cons

at this moment I have encounter any issues.

the only issue I had was its a self installation , once explained how to deploy and program each content player its a breeze. even with little IT experience.

Pros

the software is easy to understand and works with little or no issues, the FWI support covers any questions

Cons

did not have any real dislikes a lot of engineering went into software to insure minimal issues

Pros

I like the appearance of the reader boards and the diverse options we have in changing the appearance to meet our groups needs.

Cons

Somewhat complicated to use if not familiar with this type of system.

I work at a college and we use the signage to advertise internal events and functions to our on site students and faculty. We also have interactive touch displays for wayfinding and information centers. My next goal is to get some to act as building directories for students to locate faculty and staff offices.

Pros

versatile feature sets, "magic folders" make adding or subtracting content as easy as drag and drop so we can set things up for ANY user to be able to add content from their department without having to know the software inside and out.

Cons

It is a little difficult to fully grasp all the controls from the administrative side.

We utilize the software for citizen engagement. It is a great way to reach citizens that do not utilize social media/website. I have had outstanding service with the FWI team since I started in this position in our organization. The staff that initially set up the software are no longer with the organization, so I've greatly appreciated the patience and assistance of FWI staff.

Pros

This software allows our local government an additional avenue to reach our citizens who do not utilize social media via our government channel.

Cons

I think that the Con lies with my own lack of tech skills and lack of knowledge about the software.

Sometimes great sometimes no answers... I have been pending info now for about 2 weeks

Pros

Automation, i do not have to manually enter information. It saves me time when it works

Cons

Inconsistency. Sometimes i call and the person is helpful and great and other is like a tunnel with no end

My overall experience has been exceptional. Everyone has been proactive, helpful and understanding. I find the webinars and KB articles immensely helpful.

Pros

The ease of use and reliability makes Four Winds easy to use. Their customer service and tech support has been outstanding.

Cons

This may be ignorance on my part, but the limits of available fonts and graphical options when working within Live Data and Wayfinding can be cumbersome to work around.

The overall business relationship with FWI is exceptional. Our representative by far is the best account manager we had at Fourwinds. She is very timely on her responses and always gets me what I need. Everyone I worked with at FWI has been fantastic.

Pros

The user friendly software. It's very straight forward and it allows for a complex list of content items. For the most part even our basic computer users can publish content.

Cons

Upgrades - We are on a version that needs to touch every content player when an upgrade is needed. I never really could get the push of an upgrade to work.

Pros

Four Winds gives the user a lot of options when it comes to managing their digital software. We love their support!

Cons

The software is a little cumbersome, but that is because it does so much. Their support is excellent and can help you out with anything!

I have not had any issues with the software. The interface for locations to input their own updates was a bit clunky but has since been updated.

Fanatic ! From site inspection to install and setup. Support is quick to respond. I had a player stop working. I had a replacement with 24 hours of calling it in.

Pros

I'm an IT manager. I can easily check if a player is up and running and deploy updates as needed.

Cons

Nothing from an IT perspective. It works well.

I like the drag and drop features and the template builder is well designed.

Cons

The software interface can be tough to manage at times. Fortunately their customer service is helpful and they are big enough that solutions to problems can be found with a Google search.
