Die AuditCloud hat sich schnell als wertvolles Werkzeug für unsere internen Audits etabliert. Schnelles Onboarding, intuitive Nutzung und starker Support.

Pros

Effiziente Auditprozesse mit der AuditCloud Die AuditCloud ist für unsere internen Audits ein unverzichtbares Werkzeug geworden. Die Durchführung direkt vor Ort, das einfache Erfassen von Fotos und Belegen sowie die sofortige Zuordnung von Maßnahmen ermöglichen uns ein strukturiertes und zeiteffizientes Arbeiten. Auch der Onboarding-Prozess hat uns überzeugt: Die Einführung verlief schnell, reibungslos und praxisorientiert. Wir konnten die Lösung innerhalb kürzester Zeit produktiv einsetzen – ohne lange Einarbeitungsphasen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist zudem der hervorragende Support: Das Team von nextAudit ist bei Fragen oder Problemen schnell erreichbar, und Lösungen werden meist innerhalb kürzester Zeit gefunden. Was uns besonders überzeugt: Unser fachlicher Input wird ernst genommen. Man merkt deutlich, dass die Lösung gemeinsam mit den Anwendern weiterentwickelt wird – praxisnah und mit echtem Verständnis für die Anforderungen im Audit-Alltag.

Cons

Im täglichen Einsatz der AuditCloud haben wir festgestellt, dass die Auswertungsansicht bei umfangreichen Audits oder einer Vielzahl an Maßnahmen teilweise unübersichtlich wirken kann. Eine noch klarere visuelle Struktur – etwa durch bessere Filtermöglichkeiten, individuell anpassbare Ansichten oder grafische Zusammenfassungen – würde die Analyse und Nachverfolgung deutlich erleichtern. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn dieser Aspekt in zukünftigen Weiterentwicklungen berücksichtigt wird, um die Effizienz in der Auswertungsphase weiter zu steigern.

Besonders schätzen wir das Maßnahmen-Tracking, das uns hilft, offene Punkte transparent zu verfolgen und den Status unserer Audits jederzeit im Blick zu behalten. Der Support von nextAudit ist schnell und zuverlässig, und unser fachlicher Input wird ernst genommen, was zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Lösung beiträgt. Wir sehen jedoch Verbesserungspotenzial bei den Auswertungsmöglichkeiten. Zusätzliche Filter- und Sortieroptionen sowie erweiterte Visualisierungstools könnten die Datenanalyse weiter vereinfachen und den Nutzwert der Anwendung steigern.

Die AuditCloud bietet eine übersichtliche und einfache Benutzeroberfläche, welche auch bei der Belegschaft gut ankommt, da vieles selbsterklärend ist und daher eine hohe Akzeptanz im Unternehmen mit sich bringt. Die Erstellung eigener Fragelisten kann direkt in der AuditCloud oder über ein Excel-File realisiert werden. Auch die Bewertungskriterien und Gewichtung kann individuell eingestellt werden. Dies erfolgt alles innerhalb der Einführung. Die Erreichbarkeit der Systembetreuer und des Supports ist sehr gut, oftmals bekommt man innerhalb weniger Stunden ein Feedback.

Pros

Die AuditCloud bietet viele Möglichkeiten, die unseren Auditoren das Leben während der Audits erleichtern. Ob remote oder vor Ort – unsere Auditoren nutzen Tablets und Smartphones, um Fotos und weitere Nachweise direkt in der AuditCloud zu erfassen. Sprach zu Text-Unterstützung erlaubt uns besonders effizient und einfach zu dokumentieren, auch auf der Shop Fläche. Zudem werden Wünsche und Änderungsanregungen positiv aufgenommen.

Cons

Was mir an der AuditCloud am wenigsten gefällt ist aktuell schwer zu sagen, da wir uns bewusst für die AuditCloud entschieden haben, da unsere Anforderungen erfüllt wurden.

Eine nutzerfreundliche, umfangreiche und auf den Auditprozess zugeschnittene Software mit top Kundenbetreuung, die einem die Arbeit wirklich erleichtert

Pros

Wir konnten ohne Schulung direkt produktiv mit der Software arbeiten. Das lag primär daran, dass die Software sehr intuitiv ist und auch fast alle Anforderungen, die wir an ein Tool für Reifegrad-Bewertungen hatten erfüllte. Die generierten Daten konnten wir dank der guten Aufbereitung im Nachhinein sehr gut als Ergebnisbericht aufbereiten ohne einen Medienbruch zu Word/Excel oder Powerpoint zu haben. Funktional haben uns insbesondere die automatisierten Berichte, das Maßnahmenmanagement Tool und vor allem auch die Datenaufbereitung in der Management-Summary gefallen.

Cons

Ich konnte bei der bisherigen Nutzung der Software nichts finden , was mir nicht gefallen hat.

Verständlich, übersichtlich, funktional, einfach.

Pros

Wir waren sehr positiv davon überrascht, wie gut man mit der Software Reifegradbewertungen durchführen kann. Auf der Website kommt das noch gar nicht so ganz rüber. Gemeinsam mit der RWTH haben wir Quality Quick Checks durchgeführt und die AuditCloud war dank der einfach verständlichen Nutzeroberfläche und den sehr guten Ergebnisauswertungen eine große Hilfe.

Cons

Der Audit PDF-Bericht war auf ein klassisches Audit und nicht eine Reifegrad-Bewertung ausgelegt.

Wir haben durch die Software eine extreme Zeiteinsparung. Der Aufbau der Software ist einfach und gut übersichtlich.

Cons

Das Management Summary hat noch optimierungsbedarf. Hier sind wir allerdings sicher das dies von nextAudit gelöst wird.

Alle Audits in einer Übersicht mit eigenständiger Erinnerung, wenn ein Audit länger in der Vergangenheit liegt.

Pros

Erinnerungsfunktion an den SQE (wenn es funktionieren würde); Maßnahmen werden durch den Lieferanten im System gepflegt (wenn es funktionieren würde)

Cons

In der Auditnachbereitung müssen alle Maßnahmen nochmals eingegeben werden. Die Verknüpfung zum Lieferanten funktioniert noch nicht, sodass es ein sinnloser Zeitfresser ist.

Mobiles Arbeiten noch sehr verbesserungsbedürftig (Fotos werden nicht abgespeichert, Seite lädt nicht vollständig, Übersichtlichkeit geht verloren); Für eine breitere Nutzung wäre ein App für Handy hilfreich (Maßnahmenabarbeitung der User über ihr Diensthandy)

Die AuditCloud schafft ein System von logischen Abläufen, Transparenz, Informationsvermittlung, Nachvollziehbarkeit und Nachverfolgung. Den Benefit von Reporting und Aktionsverfolgung können wir hoffentlich noch besser nutzen, wenn das Tool Flächendeckend eingesetzt wird.

Pros

• Die hohe Integration von Kundenwünschen ins System. • Ein wichtiges Kriterium ist die Funktion der Aktionsverfolgung.• Das Ticketsystem zur Bearbeitung und Verfolgung offener Punkte verschafft eine gute Transparenz über den Status der Bearbeitung.

Cons

• Da stellt sich die Frage ob alle Funktionen so genutzt werden wie diese genutzt werden könnten. • Eine Beschreibung der Nachteile ist schwierig das diese, wenn vorhanden, auch meistens behandelt werden. Was natürlich auch immer Budget abhängig ist.•

auf jeden Fall eine bessere Lösung als vorher.

Pros

Von der Planung des Audits bis zur Nachverfolgung der Auditmaßnahmen ist alle in einem System möglich. Audit-Ergebnisse sind messbar und können mit einander verglichen werden.

Cons

Leider ist es nicht so einfach, wie ursprünglich angedacht. Bei den Kollgen:innen bleibt immer noch eine Scheu die Maßnahmenergebnisse selber zu dokumentieren.

Digital First: sämtliche Prozesse rund ums Audit Management sind digital und intelligent abgebildet und strukturiert.

Cons

Einige Funktionen sind noch nicht intuitiv, allerdings entwickelt sich das Tool auch ständig weiter - ein gutes Beispiel dafür ist das Pre-Audit Self Assessment!
