Après plusieurs années d'utilisation la vision donnée par Valoptia devient la référence.

Pros

le logiciel nous permet, dans le cadre de la constitution du budget, de donner une vision des coûts par application et d'itérer rapidement en fonction des décisions prises. Il permet ensuite de suivre et d'informer mensuellement sur l'évolutions des coûts par rapport au budget.

Cons

la mise en place a été facile par contre l'automatisation a demandé la mise en place d'un catalogue d'application partagé par l'ensemble de nos outils.

Le niveau de précision des restitutions de l'outil oblige immanquablement l'entreprise à ce poser les bonnes questions (parfois dérangeantes) sur sa structure de coûts et son pricing

Pros

Facilité d'intégration dans le SI de l'entreprise et richesse fonctionnelle.

Cons

Pas de remarques particulières, le travail de collecte et de structuration amont des données n'est pas lié au produit, c'est un indispensable à la mise en oeuvre d'un modèle économique quelque soit l'outil choisi.
