The team at QBlue have been fantastic since day 1, a pleasure to work with + a perfect fit for our Business.

Pros

Great value for money and the customer support is exceptional. We would recommend them to anyone. Very easy to use.

Cons

Honestly, not much to say here, if something hasn't worked the team have resolved the issue or made the effort to implement the functionality when required.

Ive really enjoyed this i no longer log into WooCommerce, or Trademe as often but rather just check and run everything from on place.

Pros

Its very intuitive , lots of features, and the customer support is 100/100

Cons

I can see that the company is working on a more informative support section, but not everything is explained just yet, however i just use support tickets and they reply quickly, and i can see they are releasing more "how to" videos every few days.

Quick and easy to pickup, customer support is brilliant they are happy to work with you.

Pros

Order and product management but also having the ability to expand into other fields like ecom. The system is also quite customizable.

Cons

I don’t really have any cons for qblue if there is something that doesn’t work I bring it up with the team and we make it work or find a process that does.

Well Gosh, what more can I say 😀👍 If your thinking of switching to another Inventory / Sales / Manufacturing type of software, with CRM capabilities - Then definately put QB on the top of your short list to seriously consider. You will not be disappointed.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] and his team at QBlue are just the best to deal with in every respect. They listen, they respond very quickly and most importantly they are just such a pleasure to work with. The software itself is super easy to use, very reliable and has all the functions (and more) that we require to run our business efficiently. When we need anything changed or tweaked to improve our processes, there is never a "sorry that's not within our scope right now" answer, Its always, "let us have a look and see what we can do" type approach.

Cons

Its hard to offer up any Cons, when there isn't any roadblocks to what could be better. I wouldn't imagine there is any piece of software in the market place that is 100% full proof and ticks all the boxes. But for us, QB is by far the closest we have experienced so far in fulfilling our needs

When we met with \[sensitive content hidden\] to discuss the possibility of switching to QB - he didn't try to sell it to us - he was genuinely interested in our business and what we were wanting to achieve with our software choice. We felt valued and important and his integrity was very real.

### "Great Inventory system for hardware store"

Pros

Easy to use system. Has a great "bridge" to work with either B2B or end customer. I use in two of my companies and recommend for either scenario. Very easy to import products.

Cons

Screens do not resize automatically when you reduce browser size. I use a large monitor and like to use the Edge feature that split two tabs into one. Qblue does not yet resize all the windows in this function. Just a minor update for this great system.

We're happy with our decision to use QB and \[sensitive content hidden\] has been very helpful with our setup and answering our questions quite quickly. We look forward to the continuous improvement of the software.

Pros

Straight forward to setup and implement and we like the amount of configuration/customisation that is able to be made, to suit our business.

Cons

The sales documents - quotes/invoice and user experience for OUR customers and how they interact with QB needs some work - other systems are more advanced with regards to accepting quotes online, being able to ask questions and choose options within online quotes. QB is working on this I understand.

High rate the product as we have asked for thing to be implemented and the team and Qblue have looked at it and made the change. Plus

Pros

What you get for what you pay is fantastic. But also the features like linking po# to sales order and vice versa is simple and very easy to implement. And the fact that your inventory can be managed and uploaded from 1 date base for online store is awesome. No need to learn 2 platforms or have pricing on 2 platforms.

Cons

Some of the reporting not the information but just how it is displayed, ie when you print it out.

It has been a really good experience, it is easy to find your way around the software but lots more to learn which is the good part.

Pros

Everything from customer help, price and value, functions. Its all good and the best we have found so far to link a website through to accounting software.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind. We are still slowly setting things up as we go and learn new things. Customer service is very good and is always there to help.

I can honestly say you’re one of the best suppliers I’ve worked with. Although there have been hiccups while working through the set up of Qblue, you have always gone above and beyond to sort it out. You have been ultra-patient with things that we’ve got wrong and helped us all the way through, for which we are very grateful. Having come from a system that we’d used for more than 16 years (the whole of my time with MLR), this has been a huge change for us. The saying for customer service is: “Its not having a problem, that’s the problem…it’s how its dealt with that’s often the problem” …and you have dealt with everything exceptionally well.

Pros

I like that we can integrate with Xero and Mailchimp, making it all streamlined. Until now we had seperate systems. The more I use it, the more I love it. Like any system, it takes practice.

Cons

I don't like that when uploading spreadsheets, it doesn't allow you to view what you are about to OK. Now we are set up, I don't usse this much but doing the original set up, it would have been useful to see and check the field mapping before clicking ok to upload.

Reason for choosing Zeablue Inventory

Our main problem with other products has alwasy been the search function. We need to be able to search EVERYONE in our directory but most only allow searching the accounts/invoice name.This had the capability and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] helped us make it even better.

Overall experience has been great. The back end support has been exceptional and really made the transition as simple as possible.

Pros

The inventory control and the B2B Portal for customers to place orders

Cons

The integration with Xero has been challenging with the way we order and buy our stock.
