Cons While Google Translate's APIs do an excellent job of translating language, there are certain instances where it would be helpful to have more powerful tools for configuring specific technical terms and words specific to our industry to be auto-translated correctly, so context isn't lost. At times, though Google Translate has provided transparent passthrough of HTML with no issue, we have had issues with content tags not being accepted via API for Intercom, which means that formatting of tables and rich text has been lost via automatic translation.
