We were lucky enough to be a Beta Testing office for 2 years with Fuse - we had amazing in office customer service or care with our local rep that came whenever we called for help. It worked well and again I can't share enough about how we loved that all data was in the cloud and shared between our 3 locations.

Pros

We loved that all 3 of our offices could share data and stay Hippa Compliant and make less work for our patients transferring from one office to another.

Cons

Reporting when adjustments were made or refunds were applied. The providers numbers were altered to much for our providers to be willing to stay with Fuse.
