"Charged after cancling subscription"

**Overall:** Frustrating. They make cancling a subscription a hassle so that you might keep paying it. Had to get a refund through my credit card company.

**Pros:** Good information like all the alternatives

**Cons:** Overcharged and a hassle to get the money back and cancel the autopay.

"Increased my shop’s accuracy in estimations and reporting"

**Pros:** I have used Identifix Shop Manager for estimating the repairs costs and to track parts utilization and it has been helpful. By using this tool there’s an opportunity to notice some problems which is useful when making choices, for instance in relation to inventory and time required for repairs.

**Cons:** I’ve found that there is a problem with the reporting process. Sometimes it can take much time to create custom reports, thus prolonging the analysis of the shop performance metrics, for instance when one needs to make it immediately.
