Pretty good. I am also a homeowner who has Vantaca for my HOA and I find it much more user friendly than other apps

Pros

It is an all in one system. Accesses information is simple. Templates work great. The website version is great.

Cons

There is a learning curve. Signing up for ACH is not as easy to find for owners, but I do like the fact that we are able to create a welcome note at the top of the welcome page to walk clients through how to sign up. I wish the app had more board options.

Pros

What I like about Vantaca is how user-friendly and organized the system is. It streamlines communication, automates workflows, and helps keep everything transparent and efficient. The ability to track tasks, manage homeowner requests, and keep documentation centralized really improves productivity and accountability across the board.

Cons

What I like the least about Vantaca is that some of the features can feel a bit complex at first. There’s a learning curve when it comes to fully understanding all the tools and settings, especially as new updates roll out. However, once you get familiar with the system, it becomes much easier to navigate and use effectively.

Pros

The customer support is phenomenal, and the softwares tracking ability is truly outstanding. The system is completely customizable.

Cons

Creating steps can become a little convoluted and repetitive but likely due to user set up and time consuming to make changes and adjustments.

We have used Vantaca since 2021. Upgrading to Vantaca from our old software allowed are business to grow do to Vantaca integration with all areas of HOA management.

Pros

The integration with First Citizen Bank. The continued upgrades Vantaca does to keep the software relevant.

Cons

When I come across an issue it is usually corrected by the Vantaca support team, so there is nothing about Vantaca I don't like.

Troubleshooting problems is straightforward, and a vast amount of educational tools are readily available. I am happy with my experience using Vantaca.

Pros

The ease of customization allows me to filter information quickly, which is essential for my research. Additionally, Vantaca Support is quick to assist when needed.

Cons

The system experiences slowdowns during updates, particularly during our mid-month and end-of-month processes.

Working with Vantaca takes some adjustments, but with time the flow will be smoother. I wish the exporting of reports was simpler. Many communities want a report to look "their way".

Pros

The workflow process and the automated notices to the homeowner. The work order process, automatically notifying the service providers

Cons

Too many "steps" to get to one function. The Violation process, but that may be a matter of programming and setting the templates. The work order report is not favored by most communities. On-line "Help" could be made more robust.

Pros

Vantaca is super user friendly. I have used other softwares in other places I have worked and I can truly say Vantaca has been the most efficient and user friendly.

Cons

In the offline mode there is not a space where I can place notes for the Managers and owners to see, making it harder to use.

I would say that overall, Vantaca is very good (7 out of 10). If the system flow were smoother it would be 11 out of 10.

Pros

Vantaca offers alot for our industry by giving us view in one location. The ease of use and website is straight forward in most cases. Processing payments and ability to offer good customer support is seamless. Since implementing the Vantaca system, we have cut time down tremendously with everything at our fingertips in one program.

Cons

Unfortunately, no program is perfect. Vantaca has a lot going for it and could improve on the amount of clicks it takes to set up. Steps are not exactly clear when choosing the flow of a task and the letter templates are not viewed always with the same outcome.

Vantaca is very user friendly and has so much information easily available. The integration with the owner portal makes documents easy for owners to log and and access.

Cons

I would like to be able to customize reports. I would also like customization of Association Letters to be easier.

The Flexibility and comprehensive data compiling is astounding! The amount of data that the system holds for both our owners and our staff is useful and available even when our office is closed.

The notification of updates, I wish that we were provided update notices that can be downloaded or printed.

The amount of issues has increased significantly in the past year. Seems the popularity of Vantaca has grown and is causing slow downs.

I am still learning. The basics of the software are good. I think that more Manager input will fine tune the software to be a great tool.

Pros

Easy to access information and instructions. The website is user friendly and well designed for property managers but more so Admin and Accounting functions.

Cons

The email process is cumbersome. It does not give you an easy way to ensure that it was sent. Too many steps to send out emails. I created my own Outlook Mail list.

Vantaca is a great platform for Association Management. Being able to keep documents such as leases, homeowner insurance polices, etc. tied to an owner account is great. The customer support is very responsive.

Cons

Although customer service is very response there are times that issues are determined to be "bugs" and support escalates the issue to the tech team and we are not sure when a resolution will be implemented as they consider the ticket closed. Would like ARC applications to remain on an owners view instead of disappearing after 90 days.

Catching glitches can sometimes be delayed; our team identifies glitches before we are notified of a problem. This is also a user advantage; you tend to know issues before they arise.

It has been amazing to work with a software that has it all. From association information, violation letters, phone calls, and all sorts of documents. You rarely have to leave Vantaca.

Pros

I like how everything is integrated. Payables, Receivables, Bank statements, and anything to do with the financials is all in one place. It is also so easy to use.

Cons

How long it takes for customer support. However, it has gotten way better in the last 6 months! Which is huge!

I like it. User Friendly and people should sign up to use it. There are up and down of the website but You have to play with it to get use to it.

Pros

it's easy to use and very efficient. I like download reports, homeowner's information on the spreadsheet.

Cons

I cannot delete the violation or note if I put it to the wrong homeowner's account. Especially it stays on the owner's portal.

Overall I like Vantaca as a product. Once you learn how to use - it's pretty easy and straight forward to navigate.

Pros

I use Vantaca only for accounting purposes - to prepare Financials. I like how Reconciliation tab is set up. I like that you can see detailed breakdown of expenses while you review Income statement

Cons

cash entry can be done only through reconciliation tab. It would be great to have an ability to do through GL entry. I can't build my own reports. I want to see 5 years of Financials at the same time and it's impossible. For example, Sage Intact allows you to build your own reports with the parameters you want.
