### "Valet Pool Co Review"

It helps us with customer and inventory management the most as well as routing our service techs.

Pros

That it's cloud based and can be accessed anywhere. It's pretty easy to use when we understand the why to the what and set it up properly.

Cons

The deployment. Our contact for that was not all that knowledgeable and didn't prep us properly to get this set up properly the first go round (and we made errors in this process as well).

### "Big Business Perks Small Business Support"

Pros

We have been using Lou for several years. The features are top-notch and make my small business feel optimized. The most significant part that has changed our business is communication. Anyone in the company can access our estimates, work orders, sales orders & invoices. Anyone can pick up a sale from any point in the document trail. This keeps sales moving and money incoming. Yet if I have a problem or concern, Lou's staff makes me feel valued and attends to my company like we are the only customer they have. I can appreciate this on so many levels; if I had to mention an employee from Lou who deserves a big pat on the back, it's \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] has always gone above and beyond to ensure Lou works for my company. She is a valued customer service representative and has always been my first choice.

Cons

The great thing about Lou is if something you dislike or find isn't working great, they take the time to remedy or suggest it to their development team. Most of our dislikes have been resolved. The biggest dislike currently has been with the credit card merchant. Since Lou is a sister company of their merchant, you are restricted on this choice. We would love to be able to use a different merchant or see more competitive rates. Some merchants pass credit card fees on to the customer, which is very appealing.

Reason for choosing LOU

We chose Lou over the rest because we would not need to spend thousands on computers or other equipment. We were able to keep our same computers and only purchase a new POS register.

Thanks very much Brittany! And good news on merchant processing rates: We're adding ACH as a payment option to LOU in the next few months. This will help with work orders & recurring payments by lower the discount rate to less than 1%.

### "Using Lou Daily"

While Lou has been helpful it has also forced us to use other softwares that provide options that Lou does not.

Pros

Lou was an overall helpful product as it allowed us to centralize date and easily build estimates for customers.

Cons

One of the issues I had with Lou was the limited compatibility with other softwares and systems.

Thanks Jay. Few programs combine Retail, Service, Inventory, Reports & Financials all in one program. LOU does this and more. Open API's for connecting with other systems launches this year, and is included with the LOU Enterprise plan at no additional cost.

### "Overall, ambitious but needs improvement "

Overall I do like the program but it seems to be in its baby phase. I feel more like a beta tester than a user of a well oiled machine. It's good, but can be better

Pros

It provides a unique interface that was very easy to acclimate to.

Cons

Notes can get scattered and task management can be a bit chaotic. There may be a way to polish these interactions. The relationship between parent/child accounts needs an overhaul

### "Worth the money!"

Overall have been extremely satisfied and would encourage anyone debating the cost (we did for a year) to take the plunge. I will say I believe, though expensive and not fully complete, has saved our company money and been worth it!

Pros

The way this program keeps everything in one space and for our company allowed us to go paperless and avoided customer files throughout the store.

Cons

Reports are a work in progress and my least favorite thing is that you can not do a split payment through the pos system. However they are constantly pushing out new updates. My biggest thing is I feel like we have always been paying a premium for a product that was not 100% complete, but even throughout this whole time the product has been far superior to what we have seen in other POS systems. We looked around for quite awhile!

LOU had the cleanest look and appeared to be the easiest to use

Overall we are very pleased with the operation, and very pleased with the support that we receive.

Pros

Really like the ability to see all orders across the company with calling around to each store.

Cons

The POS register takes too long to log in and out of between customers.

Pros

This software is a great POS system. It makes transactions faster and easier.

Cons

This software still has a lot of bugs that need to be worked out, but the support team is always there to help you out.
