Pros \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] was helpful. He was able to make changes that were not already available but necessary for billing DME supplies. Cons It was sold as if they had performed services for DME's in the past but was not equipped for 99% of the inventory nor knew how to bill any of said equipment and insurance companies.
