It would have to be easy to use not only for the admin, but for teachers and students too.After working with a demo account for a couple of weeks, and a presentation by i-Nucleus' \[sensitive content hidden\], I found that it was exactly what I needed. Managing students, courses and classes has never been easier for me. Pros It's ease of use and it's flexibility to fit the way I run my business. Of course, every software has it's particular paradigm and workflow, but i-Nucleus was flexible enough to make it easily fit the way I do things. It's ease of use is also a major plus. I had no trouble quickly getting up and running with only a couple of messages to support to ask about certain 'best practices'. It's also very easy for my students. Not once did I get a message asking 'how do I do this?'. They figured it out straight away on their own. Cons As much as it's easy to use, I felt that I wouldn't have had the need to write to support if there was full documentation available for admins. However, I think this is only a slight disadvantage as everything is pretty much straight forward with a support that's quick to reply. Pros It gives complete guidelines in scholastic and co scholastic dimensions of learning. It is very helpful for heads, teachers, students and parents. Students attendance records, admissions enquires and registrations, students records and all the tools provided by this software is excellent and highly recommended. Cons It is a complete software. It can be made little bit more user familiar for those who are not well familiar with using digital tools. It's very user-friendly for the administrators as well as the students, it's accessible via any device since it's cloud-based, something that saves a lot of time. Also, there's trainings for the teachers and the administrative stuff where you can learn all the newer features of i-Nucleus. Cons I can't think of anything that I don't particularly like about this software, as I'm really happy with everything. I do believe though that there's room for improvement. Pros With great customer support from the start, it was easy to customise the software and "build" our school within the system. Using the system is logical and intuitive. The system also holds some "secret" benefits providing additional useful surprises to the end user. Cons If there have been any issues using or understanding the software, these have been almost immediately resolved by the customer service and/or technical team. Reasons for choosing i-Nucleus I searched the market according to my most pressing requirements. i-Nucleus ticks every box. Pros After a thorough search for service providers, i-Nucleus clearly came out on top in terms of supporting me in my goal of increasing the quality of services provided and reducing wasted time supporting all team members involved through a single interface. i-Nucleus also offered some great tools to evaluate the performance of each of my students. Something else that is particularly important for me, travelling across multiple cities, is that the system can be accessed anywhere whenever I need it. Having a web-based system that truly works has saved me so much time. The initial training was excellent and the free additional training every month is also really useful as it supported me to make use of the numerous services offered. Finally, I am really grateful for all the assistance their teams provide, from back-end fixes to easy “how to” solutions. It is always a pleasure to speak with someone at i-Nucleus and they are great at finding solutions. Cons There were a couple of things I was doing differently before using i-Nucleus, so I had to get used to new ideas but this turned out well eventually. It is also a fact that my feedback on including extra processes was always well received. Taking into account real users’ needs and ideas, several processes are being improved all the time, as well as new ones being introduced when needed. Their desire to evolve their MIS is something I really value in i-Nucleus. Reasons for choosing i-Nucleus Another very important aspect for me is that i-Nucleus is super user-friendly. This is something other providers promise but do not respond to in practice and as a result, end users do not use the services offered.
